Claire Loft Apartments Vientiane

We were passing through Hangzhou after playing around, so we found a hotel temporarily, and didn't even do a strategy, alas. 1️⃣Hygiene: Entering the room, the whole room is full of toilet smell, who knows? I flushed it several times to no avail, and there was still a faint smell when the toilet door was closed. On such a hot day, I didn't take a shower, so I left the next day. 2️⃣Environment: This location is already very remote, and it’s not bad from Bayi Square, but once you cross the river, the museum, the airport, and the high-speed rail station basically span the entire Nanchang. Although Nanchang is a provincial capital, the public transportation is really not comprehensive enough, basically relying on taxis. We spent 70 at the high-speed rail station, and another 70 when we went to Tengwang Pavilion to take a taxi to the airport the next day. ⚠️Ps: This hotel is still ten minutes away from Tengwang Pavilion! It is recommended that everyone live in Honggu Beach. real! The scenic spot is close, and it is also close to the public hub. 3️⃣Service: The boss is a family who run the homestay by themselves. We arrived late, and they were still waiting, and the service was pretty good. We originally booked for two nights, but I really couldn’t accept the smell of the toilet in the room. ⚠️⚠️Generally speaking, the experience is mediocre. The second floor is very short and dark, and the girls in the bed can't get through it. Later, I changed to a chain hotel and lived more comfortably. Facilities: The hotel has just opened and renovated this year, and the overall facilities are quite new. Washing machines and refrigerators are all available. What is especially special is that this hotel has disposable towels and bath towels, which are really considerate. Sanitation: Although the room is large in size, the sanitation is not bad. Environment: The overall decoration is quite novel, and the merchants are quite attentive. Service: The overall service is not bad, but it is recommended that the deposit be waived next time.

It took me a long time to find any signs, but I couldn’t find any sign. I finally found the room and it’s not the place to live in this building. I found the people next door very annoying. I brought a baby up in the morning wearing those disposable slippers and my husband fell down the stairs. It's a good thing I didn't hold the baby at the time, otherwise the consequences would be terrible

老闆人特別好，有什麼及時溝通都會馬上回復都會解決處理好，態度也很好，服務的非常周到。衞生做的好很，邊邊縫縫都沒有灰塵打掃的特別乾淨衞生...～～床單被套整套都特別乾淨潔白，地面也拖得很亮堂，這次住的這個房間很敞亮..～～通風效果特別好空調質量也很好也沒有噪音然後很安靜安靜房間又大，住的特別舒服，床超級大超級舒服，投影儀的投屏也很大看的賊舒服直接看電視看到困得睡着的，至少1米85以上的大床吧，又軟又舒服，上次定的另外一個房間也住的很舒服，老闆人也非常好説話非常好溝通，下次來了還會再訂的，謝謝老闆！

房間和環境百分百值得這個價格，服務也改進了不少，但是有一點就是套路依舊沒變！我是因為壞境不錯，酒店比較乾淨衞生來，但是第二次感覺不怎麼好！交通很好，周邊有很多耍的地方，性價比還可以，就是漲幅有點過分！總之體驗一下沒問題；長期住的可以選擇對比周圍環境！

衞生：衞生間玻璃、櫃枱麪等等會看見明顯的水漬，空着的無門置物櫃板上灰塵有點厚。一眼看去會覺得不乾淨。希望老闆能改進。 環境：周邊吃的很多，樓下就是集合商場，隔壁還有菜市場。但是早餐店不多（可能春節原因） 服務：前台的工作人員（不確定是不是老闆）還是挺負責的，有問題會幫着處理，停車什麼的幫我們看哪裡有停車位。不過建議可以主動一點，畢竟做的是這種酒店民宿LOFT，我住過的很多民宿類，大多老闆會提供類似旅遊路線.當地特色美食推薦等等。 設施：空調很給力。房間隔音還可以（不算好不算差，是會有時候聽見外面的聲音的，但也沒有很吵）。熱水不行，一直都是温温的，由於我們是自駕，這邊停留的也不久，就忍住了沒洗，實在是不敢洗，這天氣這點温度的水怕感冒。 ⬇️説一點其他的： 1⃣️實物房型與照片不符。 2⃣️免費停車場（圖裡的123都不是）在馬路對面（馬路中間有隔欄）距離酒店不算遠但也不算近，尤其如果路口沒有停車位的話，需要繞行半圈且要等紅綠燈，差不多相當於一條街的長度了，望慎重考慮。聽介紹酒店樓下是有收費停車場的，我們沒去停不確定方便程度。 3⃣️出行還是很方便的，樓下就是地鐵口。 （沒拍酒店照片，留個和店家溝通的照片以表示真實評價，良心建議和參考）

還是酒店好 床好 衞生好 視野好 低段好 也挺乾淨的 雖然是公寓樓但是隔音挺好的一點也聽不到吵 床也挺大的
