I arrived at Wakura Onsen at 2:30 in the afternoon and exited the station. I saw the Kaishu bus and happily walked over to pick up the tall guy holding a flag. When the staff heard my name, they looked cold and said, "Wait a minute." Then they were busy greeting other guests. After arranging for them to get on the bus, I basked in the sun. I didn't understand. When I asked him, he actually told me that it was not the check-in time. After other guests got on the bus, he took me and two other foreigners to the waiting room, and then picked up the guests after the bus was delivered. Our happy mood of waiting for check-in was completely ruined. I just didn't make a reservation, so I was treated as a guest, which was quite uncomfortable. The agency didn't send an email to explain the need to make a reservation. In fact, it was no problem to wait for the next pick-up, it only took more than ten minutes. Time, but the etiquette of this staff is so bad. It is not like the well-trained hotel staff. In fact, if the hotel is full and I have to wait for the next time, there is no problem. In short, the pick-up service gave me a cold reception. I cannot say that it discriminates against foreigners, but often there are no agencies for foreigners. I didn’t make a reservation for this service so I didn’t make a reservation. Gao Moumou’s different treatment of guests made me very uncomfortable and deeply affected the hotel experience. I actually like the hotels in Gyoritsu Resort. In the Jiayun Hotel, I gave a full five-star rating to the etiquette of this hotel. There is a big problem when checking out. I saw the female staff at the front desk throwing slippers on the floor and the sound was very loud. Overall, I am very disappointed. It is a pity that such a good sea view and new room facilities. The air-conditioning sound is very small. The quilt is too thick and very hot. The dinner service staff is very There are many good hotels in Haowakura Hot Spring. Check out other hotels.

That's the worst experience of amazing at a ryokan. I booked 4 delux rooms with private onsen in the room through an agent. I was told the shower in the rooms is stopped. So I have to go from 5th fl to 2nd floor to shower and go back to room for the hot bath. Then go to 2nd floor again to shower after the hot bath. Can you imagine how terrible the onsen experience is? They insisted there is nothing they can do. Final I called my travel agent and he is able to change another room type that has shower in the room. Problem solved. But wasted an hour. Therefore I will advise all tourists not to go to this ryokan. Also, most of the staffs are not experience and they are not professional at all.

There were several other groups of people checking in at the same time, but we received our turn slips and went to the sofa in the back. We were able to check in without having to stand and enjoy the free coffee and tea. While we were waiting, my wife and daughter went to choose their yukatas. They were very happy. The building was also made of tatami mats, which were very gentle on the feet and more clean and comfortable than slippers. We went to the Fourth room with an open-air bath. There were two large beds in two rooms, which is recommended for preventing snoring. You can also choose your pillow, and my wife and daughter chose the high-quality pillows, while I used the cypress pillow. The hot spring in the room, the large public bath, and the free private bath were all of the best quality, and my skin became smooth. Depending on the location of the open-air bath in the room, there may be fishermen on the embankment right next to it, so if you are a little worried about being seen, you may be bothered. For dinner and breakfast, you can choose your main dish and small dishes, which is well thought out. We also had the late-night soba noodles that start at 10 p.m. In the morning, you can take a bath in the hot spring while basking in the morning sun. It was very clean. There are many famous inns nearby, but this is a recommended hotel for relaxing in the hot springs. My wife and daughter's opinion is that if we want to enjoy the baths, it would be better if they had more shampoos and treatments.

The room was clean, convenient, and comfortable with an open-air bath. There were two elevators, but it was inconvenient because you couldn't tell from the front how many times they were there. The elevator should be improved as it stops at each floor during meals and check out.

I was soothed by the view from the window and relaxed in the open-air bath in my room. It was the best time. I paid for this view. I stayed for several nights, but the next day I couldn't choose my main dish, and the food was the same again, so I was disappointed. Don't expect too much. I don't recommend the food if you stay for several nights. The first day was delicious. The staff were working hard.

I visited during the February holidays. Perhaps because it was a new and clean hotel, the lobby was overflowing with customers, and what surprised me the most was that the dinner time was 8:10 p.m.? eh? Is there such a thing? It was my first time. I waited until dinner, and as I was worried, the service at dinner was slow, so I just had to wait...The staff was sweating and working hard, and said, ``It's calm on weekdays.'' but. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll want to come again next time. I think improvements will be needed in the future.
