The agency didn't send an email to explain the need to make a reservation. In fact, it was no problem to wait for the next pick-up, it only took more than ten minutes. Depending on the location of the open-air bath in the room, there may be fishermen on the embankment right next to it, so if you are a little worried about being seen, you may be bothered. For dinner and breakfast, you can choose your main dish and small dishes, which is well thought out. We also had the late-night soba noodles that start at 10 p.m. In the morning, you can take a bath in the hot spring while basking in the morning sun. It was very clean. There are many famous inns nearby, but this is a recommended hotel for relaxing in the hot springs. My wife and daughter's opinion is that if we want to enjoy the baths, it would be better if they had more shampoos and treatments.

The room was clean, convenient, and comfortable with an open-air bath. There were two elevators, but it was inconvenient because you couldn't tell from the front how many times they were there. The elevator should be improved as it stops at each floor during meals and check out.

I was soothed by the view from the window and relaxed in the open-air bath in my room. It was the best time. I paid for this view. I stayed for several nights, but the next day I couldn't choose my main dish, and the food was the same again, so I was disappointed. Don't expect too much. I don't recommend the food if you stay for several nights. The first day was delicious. The staff were working hard.

I visited during the February holidays. Perhaps because it was a new and clean hotel, the lobby was overflowing with customers, and what surprised me the most was that the dinner time was 8:10 p.m.? eh? Is there such a thing? お部屋がきれい、設備も新しい。部屋の前が七尾湾で眺望良し。料理も見た目、味よし！ 大浴場も景色良し、清潔。無料の貸切風呂もよい。 料理のうつわは九谷焼で提供され素晴らしいと思っていたら食器が欠けていた。飲食業であってはならないことと私は思います。せめて修繕した食器を使用しましょうよ。料理は素晴らしいのに配膳係はお品書きに書いてあることしか言えないし、知らない。提供されたものについて質問しても全く答えられない。美味しいものを食べさせようと料理長が創ってもそのコンセプトも伝えられない接客では勿体ない。若い従業員が多く、人手不足なのか教育が行き届いていないのか接客にだるさが漂っている。料理も施設も申し分ないのに接客が全くなっていない。無料のラーメンやアイスなどの振舞いは要らないから接客を改善すべきと思う。お客も若いカップルが結構居たが、ターゲットは若年層狙いだったのだろうか？食事の時間二択制と接客姿勢を変えればほんとうに素晴らしい宿になると思う。

共立リゾートさんの宿は各地で利用していますがどちらも満足です。 今回の宿は部屋に露天風呂もあります。 枕や浴衣が選べるのは素敵です。
