酒店位置極佳，房東服務態度很好，幫忙解決很多事情。有個大露台視野超級好，真的是在房間就能聽到海聲，很喜歡！

真正的沙灘房，離海灘就一兩分鐘，早上起來就可以去沙灘溜達，一直沿着海岸線走不遠就到北迴歸線，房間設施舊，但還算乾淨整潔，總的來説不錯的體驗。

房間和圖一致，門口有小陽台可以坐着吹風觀景！樓下就是海灘！老闆超友好超熱情！！！位置也很好，旁邊就是北迴歸線廣場能不能下水都可以直接聽廣播，一路過去是熱鬧的商街！反正下次還住這裏！

位置超級好，整個青澳灣一眼望去找不到比這裏更靠近沙灘的酒店民宿，去青澳灣沙灘游泳直接走回來洗澡，沖淡的錢都省下來了。停車很方便，晚上入住的時候車位很充裕，開進來的途中路邊的車密密麻麻都停滿了，開進來以後看到那麼多車位有種獨闢蹊徑的感覺，停完車走幾步路就到沙灘屋了。早上去竹棲肚灣看日出開車過去就6分鐘，直接從小屋下去青奧灣的沙灘也可以看日出。晚上吃的很多，往村口走沿街都是小吃攤。剛開始有點擔心屋子會比較舊，但是住進來整體感覺還是挺乾淨的，房間沒有異味，被子床墊沒有奇奇怪怪的臟東西，比較在意的掛衣架更新，估計剛換不久，屋裡沒有看到蟑螂。性價比超高，雖然舒適度和觀感比不上那些豪華酒店，但是在南灣玩又不可能整天窩在房間裏，所以説選住宿的時候可以優先考慮位置和便利程度。老闆説小屋很快要翻新了，以後到青澳灣玩住這個位置真的無敵了。

開門就是海，挺好的，如果有日出很方便。走路到青澳北迴歸線廣場十分鐘左右。房間門口有露台可以坐着看海吃東西喝茶。
