The location is incredibly convenient, right on a lively street with endless eateries downstairs—we were spoilt for choice! A standout feature was the motorbike rental service recommended by the hotel (we got the contact from the front desk on Level 12). The price was cheaper than other options we checked, and the service was exceptionally reliable and thoughtful. Since we were unsure about handling the bike, the staff kindly brought it over to let us test it first before confirming—a gesture we truly appreciated. Perfect for exploring the island, highly recommend both the hotel and their bike rental partner. Was also given a small gift from the hotel when we checked in and check out. Such a nice gesture!"

Excellent service for English-speaking guests through Mr. Eugene and Leo, who were most helpful in accommodating all our requests including the hire of a half-day taxi tour. The restaurant on site, Bistro 10, prepared a wide spread of delicious meals. Staff was again attentive and thoughful. A real gem in Nan'ao Island!"

"The stay was really cozy and great for a family of 4 adults and 1 kid. It was clean and we had free-flow water haha! The view and service was exceptional. My mother was unwell and we even had to trouble them to call an ambulance and he was so nice to follow my parents to the hospital to assist. The only downside is the bed were a little too hard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there! Thank you."
