1. The room was spacious and very clean. 2. The hotel has parking, but it's limited, probably for no more than 15 cars. 3. The service was quite good; the staff were very friendly and polite. 4. Breakfast included basic congee, bread, and coffee. The congee was delicious, and there were also Thai desserts. 5. The hotel feels safe, but there isn't a safe deposit box in the room. However, it wasn't really necessary for my stay. 6. The hotel is quite clean and seems new. The interior decoration is very modern. 7. The accommodation offers good value for money.

It was my first time in this city, and I decided to book this hotel and I didn’t regret it at all I really enjoyed my stay. The room had everything I needed: soap, shampoo, coffee, a kettle, clean towels, and fresh bed linen. The mattress was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows (four!), which made it even better. The blackout curtains were a big plus, we arrived after a long trip and were able to get a really good rest The only small downside is that the soundproofing isn’t perfect. If you’re a light sleeper, you might hear people coming in and out of rooms in the morning. But for me, it wasn’t an issue Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 5. I would definitely stay here again next time I loved it. It’s beautiful, aesthetic, you can enjoy a delicious coffee in the morning, and the service is perfect

They should pay more attention to the small details. For example, there was no 3-in-1 coffee in the room, and no slippers. These small things can really win over customers. The mattress was also quite hard and firm.

Average hotel. That's no trolley to carried out the luggage. It's so difficult if you have many bags. It's difficult to handle with children and many luggage. So sad.

Room - Clean, comfortable bed. The duvet cover was new; the pillowcases, though older, looked clean. Bathroom - Decent size, leaning towards small. Excellent water system with a mixer tap. Wall-mounted hairdryer in the bathroom. Towels were a bit worn but clean-smelling. Overall, very good. If I have the chance to visit Nakhon Si Thammarat again, I'll stay here. Suggestion - Ask the housekeeping staff to focus on scrubbing the dark-colored tiles in the wet area.
