I enjoyed every moment of my stay at the Mercure Hotel. The guest amenities are top-notch and the rooms are very clean and meticulously decorated. The food is also delicious and they offer great variety for different diets, including lots of vegetarian options. The pillows are the fluffiest pillows I've ever slept on and the beds are amazingly comfortable - that was easily the best sleep I've had in a long while. The entire Mercure team is so hospitable, helpful, and warm and I felt welcome every time I interacted with them. I'll definitely be back!

After a long flight the Saab Royale Hotel was a welcome start to our trip. The receptionist was very friendly and eager to please and Said, the doorman, made time to take us to an ATM. The room we had was spacious clean and well presented. The restaurant had a large choice of meals and as a vegetarian I had no problem. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, I just wish I could remember all of their names. We stayed here twice once at the beginning and again at the end of our time in Kenya. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.
