This was a very enjoyable stay even with a Typhoon. When we arrived at the hotel we received a free upgrade to our room which meant we had an extra large room with a lounge that meant we could spread out. This ended up being very needed as a Typhoon rolled through and meant we had to change our travel plans. We ended up having to add 2 extra nights to our stay and we were charged our original rate, not the upgraded room rate which was amazing. Staff are friendly and there is a family mart across the road and the monorail in about a 5 minute walk. Didn't try the breakfast but it did look good.

Stayed at this hotel for five nights during my trip to Okinawa, and it was great! Super convenient, and the breakfast was delicious 😋. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Okinawa.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a one-minute walk from the monorail station, about a fifteen-minute walk to Kokusai Street, and seven minutes to Kencho-mae. This was incredibly convenient for us as we had booked a one-day tour. The room cleanliness was quite satisfactory, but the hotel's SPA (hot tub) had a layer of skin flakes floating in it – it was absolutely disgusting!!! I can't believe this is a hotel named after its SPA. Someone must have gotten in without showering first. The hotel really needs to put up notices reminding guests to shower thoroughly before using the SPA.

The hotel is probably a bit old and so it’s not sparkling clean, but it’s fair with the price. The hotel is a few minutes walk from a monorail station, and there’s a convenience store right next to it. Its own car park is not too big, but there are some other cheaper options nearby.

The room size was standard, but both the amenities and services were quite good. The breakfast was excellent and varied; even after eating for two days, there were still different options, including ice cream. The staff were also very enthusiastic. It's super convenient for shopping and dining. It's not far from Ryukyu Department Store and Kokusai Dori, and there's a large Matsumoto Kiyoshi just a 5-minute walk away. There's a FamilyMart right outside the hotel, and if you walk a bit further, you'll find an even bigger FamilyMart, a 7-Eleven, and a Lawson.
