前台只在15:00-21:00期間服務，期餘時間都沒有人，只有一個日本電話號碼提供！之前19:00有來電郵通知如過了check in時間會留信息給我自行辦理入住，誰知道我當天約21:30到達酒店，什麼信息也沒有留下，又沒電郵指示，前台只有一個日本電話號碼，也沒有網上查詢或者客服幫忙，唯有通過自己手機用長途方式致電，打了三次後才成功接通電話搵到員工，但她又不太懂英文溝通，心慌慌前後忙了一個多小時才成功取得房間，差點以為當晚要留落街頭，最後住了3天也沒有見過任何酒店的工作人員。
房間隔音極差，晚上總聽到樓上還是隔離房間的小童玩耍聲，還有房外既類似滴水，還是風聲？總之就是睡不好，我兒子都要帶上耳塞才入睡。
榻榻米也太薄太硬，入住3天2夜，床不舒服又有雜聲，都無法好好休息。
衛生環境也一般。房間沒有窗戶，也看不見外面的環境，像住密室。
到沖繩6天，住了三家酒店，這間是最差的體驗！

離單軌電車站有段距離，自駕遊沖繩很適合，客廳區的冷氣有個怪聲音，日式床太軟，其他沒什麼缺點，櫃台不是一直都有人在，沒人在要打電話，櫃台人員態度很好！

I had a comfortable and relaxing time. I love rooms with high ceilings.
There are Takaraya, Shunkaya, Imaiyu, business supermarkets and convenience stores nearby.
It's better to have public transportation nearby because it's hard to catch a taxi on a rainy day.
