對於這次入住小家庭非常合適以及房間廚房等設備相當齊全，因有幼兒所以外食部分我們不太合適，這邊有廚房可以自行煮飯以外，在當地超市購買商品並享用當地美食，非常舒適舒服，我們非常感謝，未來會再次優先選擇這家，還想詢問沖繩其他地區有同款的，對於這次入住我們非常滿意。 但有樓層對於小寶寶爬行不太合適或者剛學習走路的幼兒，若有提供寶寶柵欄我真的覺得棒棒棒～

When I finished and took a deep breath, my tablet beeped loudly. It seems like the check-in process should have been done on a tablet at this facility. However, even though each room has one, you cannot even check in unless you enter your reservation number yourself. I first saw the tablet, but I was too preoccupied with cleaning it to get around to it. The staff member who appeared on the video call seemed dissatisfied with the fact that we hadn't processed the check-in process, so I told him that the place was dirty. In fact, even though I had sent the message from *******'s online chat before that, he didn't seem to notice it. Also, there has been no response to the online chat since then. When I told the person in charge, she said that I would have to pay for the detergent, etc., but I don't think that's what they were talking about. The kitchen was cleaned only once during the period, but despite the situation, the cups and other items in the kitchen were left untouched. Of course, the drain net had not been replaced either. Other than that, it was a comfortable facility.

I am very satisfied with this experience. It is a single-family house and has a lot of space. My children and family are very happy. The only drawback is that the parking space is relatively small and the check-in procedure is a little complicated. I’m really looking forward to staying here again next time I travel to Okinawa.

The air conditioner is not cool enough!

The facility is new and clean. It would have been nice to have a rice cooker, drying rack, and BBQ set. The bath was smaller than other condos, but considering the cost performance, I think it's good for those looking in the Nago area.
