Nice view from the room with Mountain View on the 7th floor. Bedsheets and towels changed daily, water bottles provided everyday for free. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Very convenient 24h room service if you need anything to eat or drink in the middle of the night.

The experience was overall okay, but the staff woke us up early in the morning (at 8AM). There was no noise proof, could hear people walking in the hallways.

Stay was really good. We love the breakfast , they have alot of choice to eat as well as Staff are also very friendly specially bishaka and Sabina they were really good to me and my family. Decently recommend other to do visit and get experience by them self. Loved the hospilatil.

I would like to appreciate specially the restaurant team where I start from the chef as been the floor manager Bikram and the Manisha Bishakha where very very courteous and always full of smile and anthu on their face whenever their serving in spite of having such a heavy load of customers they are that the best the food quality is awesome it feels like its a second home Mr Ashbin take care of customers he interact with them and customise food for them all the best I request management to take care of this people they are really asset for your organisation.

Holiday Inn Express is a nice, clean, state of the art hotel being managed by lovely staff. Nepalese across all strata are humble, sincere and warm people. You see that here in the hotel as well. We were well taken care of by Manisha and other staff at breakfast each day. The hotel is well located with few nice Nepal, Thai and Mediterranean restaurants. I highly recommend the hotel.

Everything is good and rooms are also very clean. Special thanks to bishaka and Manisha they are very kind and helpful. They served me masala tea and coffee very nice. Everything is very good staffs are very helpful. Love them all Thank you for everything

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They contributed to making a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The masala tea with a real highlight and the gym a welcome addition. Highly recommend this hotel whether traveling for business or leisure.

Service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, attentive, and eager to assist. Specifically Bishaka and Manisha did an excellent job, were very polite and fast serving. I look forward to returning in the future.
