The hotel is only a few minutes away from Nagano. It is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff is kind and courteous. The rooms are clean and tidy. There are different types of pillows, bath agents and skin care products in the lobby. Even the water provided in the ordinary room is available. The hotel also lets guests choose their own vending machines in the lobby, which is very good 👍🏼👍🏼

This is basically the commodization of hotels at its finest. We had four of us staying in a hotel room meant for two at a reasonable price because we were only there for two nights. Some people might complain about the squishiness or the room missing some home comforts but it truly fitted purpose fine - you get what you pay for. As noted, the hotel is incredibly convenient to the train station. Computerized check-in system, but the staff walked me through it by hand. They'd forgotten to set up the sofa bed in the first room they gave us, but when we bridged the language gap (I was asking for sheets for the sofa bed I'd then set up, which was the wrong question) they moved us into the same room with the bed already set up with sheets. They were very pleasant to deal with. When looking for somewhere to stay without breaking the bank in Nagano, I would happily stay here again.

Budget motel with little service or hospitality, not catered for foreigners. Key points that make up my rating: - Staff attitude is poor from start of check in, right through. Basically got given room key and left. No explaination of facilites etc. Got to room there was on english instruction for things like wi-fi, aircon, safe deposit box. Rang reception and told to check instructions on TV screen which were so hard to navigate. - Room is so tiny. Bare minimum facitities. Place is little dated and could do with a refurb. Cleanliness was ok. No drinking water in room, you have to go down to lobby and self service. - Location is good. Opposite train station about 3-5 mins walk. Nagano itself has not much attrations if you are not into going skiing. But thats not to do with this establishment. - I saw a lot of locals business men coming and going. So I get the feel this is a place for local who come from out of town to do business. Perhaps if you are stopping a night or so before heading to a skii place or something then this might be suitable for just a room at a cheap price to get you by for the night. Considering we paid around $24000yen for 3 nights, it was ok. Can't expect too much for that price.

It is located right from JR Nagano Station and you don't need an umbrella because you can use the underground passage when it rains. Tokyu Department Store and Station Building are also adjacent, and there is also a agricultural cooperative shop right next door, so I changed local apples and vegetables cheaply. The room was bright, spacious and clean, quiet and comfortable despite the station. The breakfast was large and the seasoning was good and delicious. I was able to stay at a good price by utilizing the national travel discount, but I would like to choose this place next time I stay in Nagano.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and it was a really clean and comfortable hotel and just a 7 minute walk from Nagano Station, a 7 minute walk to bus stop 23 for the Snow Monkey Park and close to a variety of restaurants and bars. It is also 15/20 minutes to Zenko-Ji which is a beautiful Buddhist temple and well worth visiting. We didn’t have breakfast included during our stay but other guests said that it was really good. Our room was really clean, spacious and comfortable with a firm mattress, a tv, toiletries and a kettle. In reception you can help yourself to teas, coffee and other toiletries for free which was helpful. The staff were really friendly and patient as we don’t speak Japanese. Our room was next to the railway line but the sound proofing was excellent and it was so quiet and we had two good nights of sleep. A comfortable and clean hotel that is conveniently located for exploring Negano.

The hotel is only a five-minute walk from the JR station, and there are bus stops to Kamikochi and Hakuba nearby. The hotel looks like a converted commercial meeting place. The reception desk is located on the second floor. The staff is very polite and introduces the hotel facilities when checking in. There is a bathhouse on the tenth floor. Remember to use the elevator on the left to go to the tenth floor. There are all-you-can-eat ice bars on the second and tenth floors. Dessert. The room is spacious, the bathroom is slightly soundproofed, and you can hear conversations in the next room. Overall feeling good

Great location, super convenient to train station. In addition, there is a nearby 7-11 which allows for quick purchase of essential supplies. The hotel provides washer and dryer for guest to clean their clothes which is good at affordable pricing. Only downside is the room is really small but that is the norm is Tokyo, will get used to it.

Location - Very close to Nagano AC. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, and there are more than ten tour buses parked. Lawson is very convenient for 24-hours nearby. This time I stayed in room 1013. Room - Induction room card, with automatic locking function. There is a switch outside the refrigerator door that needs to be opened to operate. There is a quick boiling pot on the cabinet. The shower does not separate dry and wet, so you have to stand in the bathtub and pull up the shower curtain. The bathroom only has foam cans for washing your face and hands, as well as shampoo, hair, shower gel, and other accessories such as toothbrushes, razors, shower caps, cotton swabs, tea bags, etc., are placed in a centralized area in the lobby on the first floor. Service - Free WiFi is provided and the speed in the room is acceptable. The bathrobe is placed on the wall cabinet of the elevator hall and you can choose the right size by yourself. The hot spring is on the 2nd floor, with a large space and many seats, but the decoration is ordinary. Remind everyone to be careful that the outdoor bath is made of stone and be careful of scratching. There are only three elevators in the hot spring hotel in so many rooms. It will take a long time to meet a large number of group guests. Clean- The furnishings in the room are old, the wood is worn out, but it is still clean. Public spaces such as the 1 and 2 floors are beautifully decorated, and the contrast is a bit big. Sleep quality - air conditioning is difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature, forcing the door to open the window to cool down. But when the window is opened, there will be bugs flying in by the light. The night was very quiet, a good night's sleep, and I didn't sleep much but I felt that I had enough sleep. Breakfast - Located in the large banquet hall on the 2nd floor, the number of tables is amazing, and the noisy environment like a table is like a table. Self-service, many types, some popular items have to be queued. Overall cost-effective - This time I am with a group and I can't know the price, but the chain resort hotel has a basic level. If you are on the way, you can consider it.

The public bath is not very big, but it was very clean and nice. The room is still new and very clean, so I think it was good to use it. Also, even though I was late for check-in, I felt comfortable with a very good response. There were many kinds of breakfast, and it was so big that I could not eat all kinds.
