We went in this hotel, not everything was good because, the breakfast they say is until 11am and we went many times at 10am and was mostly everything finish, the room they make everyday but the blankets they never changed for 1 week. Have other things that it take too much time to write down. Only the location is good because really close to the beach.
The only good thing was the receptionist that was very nice with everyone THE BLONDE ONE don't remember the name

The hotel is just wonderful . G hotels have the perfect staff to deal with any day to day running of the hotel the owners can be very proud of their staff. Especially the beautiful Alexandria who is funny and so good with the guests and a pleasure to be around . We both agree the hotel is perfectly situated in the lovely village .the rooms are large with everything you need for a stay here .nothing is too much trouble we thank you all for a truly fantastic stay . Hopefully we will be able to return

Really nice and clean hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast good and plentiful. Pool very nice with shade available, you have to ask for a kettle for your room if you want one, very well placed for beach and centre of the village with everything you need within a few minutes walk

Excellent hotel within walking distance to all the beaches in Panormo plus the tavernas, shops and cafes. The staff are exceptionally warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with little fridge, TV, and WIFI. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. My friend and I had a twin bedded room at the back, with a terrace and direct access to the pool which is surrounded by green grass, plants and flowers. There is a large free parking area opposite and belonging to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

A great small hotel. We stayed for two weeks after a friend recommended it, we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean and conveniently located in the village with a nice pool area set in a small garden. Breakfast was included in our price and was simple but satisfactory. We had a room with a pool view, it came with a fridge and really comfortable bed. However, what really made this hotel stand out were the staff. They were absolutely excellent. The two ladies who worked on reception worked extremely long hours, but were unfailingly polite, cheerful and very helpful. All the other staff were much the same and together they made our stay very special. The hotel management should be very proud of them. I have not hesitation in recommending this hotel. Thank you for a great holiday

The team at The Panormo Beach hotel could not have done any more to make us feel welcome. They were always friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable with a lovely pool area.

I 'd say it is a little quiet place the beach is very close the rooms are fine. What I would recommend is to bring your own hairdryer. The pool is very small but clean and nice but who cares when the sea is so close.Ac works properly . Breakfast for us was alright if you don t have any high special expectations or requests the basic is covered. The staff was friendly the room was cleaned when requested. The nearest bigger city Rethymno can be reached through a bus every 30 minutes . For families is good because it is very quiet at night.

I stayed at Panormo Beach Hotel for one night as I moved between villas. The hotel is well placed in the heart of the village, being just a short walk from shops, tavernas and beaches. I had a double standard room with a sea view. The room was a very good size and the bathroom was large, and everything spotlessly clean. . Great private balcony which had a table and three chairs. TV with multiple channels, great air con and wifi. The check in and check out was really friendly and efficient too. Breakfast included in the price but I opted for a lazier morning and then a walk into the village for brunch (at the lovely Vinzi Cafe). Parking is free and just opposite the hotel entrance. My stay was not long enough to use all the facilities but plenty of other residents were making great use of the garden and pool. . Highly recommendEd and would definitely return.

It was a real pleasure staying here for a week. It felt like these guys were waiting for us specifically, to meet us cordially and make us happy 😊. The manager and the personnel seem to enjoy what they are doing and love their guests! Clean rooms, nice service, good location, and all that - for a really reasonable price.
