Exceptional, beds, sheets and pillows are very comfortable. Facility is very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast, Shawn made sure every guest had what they needed and enjoyed their breakfast. Plenty of food choices! Coffee, tea and lemon water available 24hrs day. I have to mention the shower, finally a shower well designed!! From the faucet to turn on shower at entering end of stall thereby no getting cold water on you when you turn on shower. A grab bar to assist when shaving your legs, a hook just outside door to hang towel on. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles hung in shower. plenty of towels! Nice area outside with tables, umbrellas and chair to relax. Several restaurants in walking distance, our favorite was Mick's The hotel is directly across the street from Expo Center, we were there as vendors for the Quilt Show, perfect location.

We had no hot water the night of check in. Asked front desk and was told it would be back on in 10 minutes or so. 1 hour later (10 pm) and still no hot water. Woke my daughter up at 530 am to get a shower because she had a competition to get ready for and had warm water for 1 minute and it went ice cold on her. Asked at the desk upon checkout and was told they were having someone look at it. No apologies, basically just brushed off. The bed in the room we stayed in was also awful. Not comfortable, clearly sagging, and squeeked everytime you moved.

I have nothing but good things to say we have been staying at multiple hotels and this one has exceeded my expectations. Amazing services the room was perfect for what we needed and the atmosphere was just right. Breakfast was amazing glad to find a place that offers breakfast because some say they do but they really don’t. My one only issue is the kids running loose but I get it there was some kind of gymnastics thing going on. Because our second night was very quiet and relaxing. I love all the little pictures they have next to the hotel room numbers and the sliding bathroom doors are awesome.

Read the other reviews, the hotel needs to update the hot water heaters because we had no hot water in the morning. The hotel itself was fairly clean and the staff was nice but as others have stated there seems to be a common problem with a lack of hot water.

One night stay while in town visiting family. Facility is clean and nicely maintained. Staff friendly and helpful, though neither needed nor cared for housekeeping knocking on the door one hour prior to check out to see if we were still in the room. Breakfast was nice, and a cut above the other national chain we often use. Room design and layout practical, functional, and comfortable, though a bit more drawer space would have been helpful. We would stay again.

I booked for two queen beds since we have kids and they gave me a King Bed with sofa pull out. We asked for the room we originally booked and they said they were sold out of those rooms. Then we asked to be relocated since they placed us next laundry room with other kids running around and it was loud. They said they couldn't accommodate us but maybe a discount- but since we booked through a 3rd party they couldn't do anything. On the upside the room was very clean.

This was a great 3 night stay. The staff was extremely accommodating. The towels were soft & plentiful. The mattress was great. The pillows left a lot to be desired but were replaced immediately. If quiet is important, avoid rooms that end in 01 to 04 (301, etc) because they get all the road noise. The pool was warm & the fitness center was nicely outfitted.I would also like to add a special shout-out to A &M Pizza, for great food & fast delivery. They were a great staff reccomendation. We stay at dozens of hotels each year, & this one was excellent, due mostly to a terrific staff.

The property is safe and clean and new. However...there are some ...features...that are odd.
The bathroom door is a sliding barn door that never really closes so if you are travelling with family...they gonna hear it all.
The pills and beds are both soft and noisy for some reason. Getting in and out of the bed makes considerable noise and you need 4 pillows to do what 1 will do.
