I would call this hotel "very average" the only good thing it really has going for it is the location which is great.
The hassles started when we had a flight cancelled by Virgin. Despite speaking to the manager, the hotel would not credit is for the 1 night lost (or extend our stay by one night). No negotiation. No refund.
We had upgraded our room to a pool view. You can see from the photo that it is more a car park view. I can't say I have seen a bigger car park. It was that big it almost shut out the daylight. I did complain and we did get moved after 1 night to a slightly better room. I overheard a conversation from another customer who was similarly unimpressed. The hotel are being disin genuous with their advertising.
It's a large conferment hotel with very basic customer service.
The breakfasts are average.
The rooms are tired
Or room wasnt cleaned one day and when I enquired the answer was "they were too busy"!!!
I summary only stay here if they're is morning else in female.
