Hotel is quite old. however the room is really nice and clean. Also very spacious. Recommended as it is also near to main areas of fremantle

One of my favourite stays in Perth. Room was clean, felt extremely homey and a great selection of teas were provided. Only downside was the music from the bar, though it did stop on the dot at 12am. The occasional passing vehicle could also be heard in the morning. Welcome drink from the bar downstairs was a nice touch!

Not the first time I stay there, and every single member of the staff I've seen was friendly. Room no.3 is very loud though as it is just above the bar, but that's the only thing I could say. Good Hotel, I recommend !

The location is good, and there is a free drink or wine. The single room has no air conditioning, but it's not stuffy. It's quite noisy nearby, with disturbing engine sounds all night long.

I really don’t recommend it in summer. The room No. 3 I stayed in was too hot, there was no air conditioning, and the air was not circulated. It's obviously cool outside, but the inside is like an oven. It was so hot in the house in the evening that I felt nauseous and felt like I was going to suffer from heat stroke. I couldn't help but quickly took a cold shower and escaped outside to feel relieved. I stayed until late at night and could barely fall asleep.

The room was small but very clean. The front desk was very friendly and joked with us. We also gave us a drink coupon for the bar when we checked in.

Overall, it wasn't bad, but there was some inconvenience when entering and exiting, perhaps because they also run a pub on the first floor. In addition, in the case of one out of two nights, I was scared because I suspected that the person was staying in the room next door or was homeless.

The location is so nice and clean that you can walk to the B shed, but it's so hot... When I said it was too hot, they said that there was no air conditioning in the single room, so there was nothing I could do... Still, I liked the daily change of towels, complimentary water, tea bags and a glass of champagne.

Confirmation phone call the morning of check in was appreciated. Friendly welcome on arrival & complimentary welcome drink. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed dinner at the venue.

Staff were friendly and nice. Room was good for what you pay however stunk of stale cigarette smoke. Had to leave early due to the stench
