The facilities are relatively old and you have to wait until after 2 o'clock to check in.

This hotel was one of the prefered hotel fornme in last 4 years plus.But unfortunately the service...quality has gkne drastically down....seems they are taking bulk booking from travel agencies and crowded.I asked for shoe polish and extra towel and they said no stock...

Location is good, but they problem with towels they don't provide enough towels or floor towel even when asked from room service they just brought one towel, and it was old please try to get some new towels.

The room is not bad, but the facilities are a bit old. You must use an adapter plug, otherwise you can't charge. There are no disposable toothbrushes and slippers, so you need to bring your own. The room is very quiet and recommended.

Services are quite ordinary. Facilities are satisfactory. Breakfast was excellent.. There is no bar and no way to get a beer or any spirits..

If you stay in mid-to-late August, you can only take a taxi, otherwise the road may be too hot, the WiFi signal is not very good, there is a supermarket near the entrance, and the location is between ruwi and the airport

Great Hotel, restaurant on the main floor and also a cafe by the main entrance, close to many attractions within the city, little bit of noise on the east side of the hotel due to construction or some type of factory, other than that it was a great stay

The check-in process took a very long time, the Internet is very weak, even the simplest applications take a long time to load
