A location of the hotel is extremely convenient, the way to the railway station takes about 5 minutes. A room is clean, cozy and fully equipped. Reception staff have to be appreciated as well due to the fast response to all problems.

I recently stayed at a hotel and the overall experience was very pleasant. The front desk reception was warm and the check-in was quick. The rooms are well-appointed and have stunning city views. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the toiletries provided were of high quality. The restaurant in the hotel is also excellent, with fresh dishes, especially the breakfast, which is diverse and appetizing. Conveniently located within walking distance to major shopping districts. This trip made me feel relaxed and I look forward to coming again!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. At no time was hot water available. We had to take a cold shower. The receptionists kept promising to fix the problem. Never happended. My guess is that the hotel simply does not provide any (to keep the costs low). Our room was dirty. The hotel does not provide any cleaning service. Nor did they bother to make the beds. Upon arrival there was only one set of towels. The receptionist failed to deliver the second one despite the promise to do so.

First off, there is no AC, make sure you read the room description. I didn't bother checking this as I traveled in mid September and wasn't expecting hot weather. But happened and the room was scorching hot. the girl at the reception was very aggressive when made a comment and finally given a fan. that helped a little but still the temperature was 30 C degrees, see picture. Not comfortable to sleep with a cheap fan blowing at your head, short cord, no electrical outlets other that the one at the night table. The room was so tiny, there wasn't any room to open my luggage. Again, the bed problem, I asked a double bed and given two twins together. Parking, " available at cost" is far away and it is not cheap and not easy to get to it. Except the location I don't see any other reasons to stay there, especially in summer! Find something better.

Very basic - no water/tea/coffee/glasses in the room. No bin in the toilet. Curtains were broken so they didn't close properly. Very noisy building work going on in and around the hotel. Great Central location, right by the train station to the airport. You get what you pay for.

Within two minutes of the central train station, reasonably priced, with lots of restaurants, a grocery store, and mall within a couple minutes walk. Rooms are very basic but adequate, especially for the price. Old town is within a ten minute walk.

Great location to reach the center on foot and any other destination. Being halfway between the train station and Karlsplatz you can easily take multiple metro lines. Entrance in the pedestrian area. Very friendly staff. We stayed in a room on the first floor, small but completely renovated. Comfortable bed. Perfect bathroom, perfect shower, hand soap dispenser and shower gel available. Well soundproofed windows. Good wifi coverage.
