A really lovely hotel, 24 hour check in was handy, room was a great size and the kitchenette was handy if staying longer. Really close to train station but in a nice quiet area and quick into the city. Would stay again if ever visiting Munich. Beds all comfy and staff friendly.

We sadly didn’t manage to stay here after all! Due to new Omicron Variant restrictions the week before Christmas my family had to cancel their long planned and awaited for trip to Munich! We could only cancel the hotel 1 day before planned as everything happened last minute. They were totally understanding and cancelled our reservation with no payments whatsoever. The contract said otherwise but they were nothing but polite and kind. I‘d like to officially thank the Hotel on this site as not everyone is so understanding and their reaction took a big strain off everything else we had to deal with! Without a doubt we would book here every time. My family have stayed here before, it‘s really comfortable and a great location with a quick u-bahn rode into the city center.

The hotel was very nice - it was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the room was big enough and the furniture was very nice and new. The location is far from the city center, but there is a metro station 5 minutes away on foot. There are also a lot of shops, supermarkets and small restaurants in the area. I personally received a room with a nice view (the photo) without any extra charge.

The younger brother at the front desk is very nice. I just greeted us with the meal I was eating when I checked in. When we mind the underground parking lot is very expensive, we also patiently tell us the best parking spot, call to call

This hotel is very nice in Sendling, Southern neighborhood of Monaco. Most often used for business, we chose it because very close to where our friends live. The rooms are normal, clean, renovated, air-conditioned, wi-fi and all the services required. The bathroom is a little but clean modern and functional. Excellent breakfast, abundant and varied. Parking available without booking at the cost of EUR 10 per day. The area is very quiet, with a small supermarket below and a sandwich in front and 10 minutes from the metro. Excellent!!

Amazing service and amenities. There are even activities for residents to join for free, eg Yoga class. The lobby is well decorated with a coffee shop/bar, and working space. There is also a rooftop bar. Best part of this place is there is a washing + drying machine in room, with free detergents given to us. 100% recommend.

Everything was excellent. Few steps from S-bahn and U-bahn stations, 1 minute :) 4 stops to Marienplatz (city centre) with u-bahn. 4 stops to central train station with s-bahn. Only 15 minutes. Breakfast was excellent. You can find Mediterranean breakfast; olive, tomatoes, lettuce, fried eggs. There are many more alternatives. Because of its location and excellent breakfast, I would stay there if I go to Munich again. But there isn’t mini bar. I prefer cold water even if it’s snowing.

We reserved a double room in the hotel, but the hotel room was too small for two people and the cleaning was not very good. The lighting in the room was also not good. Also, there was too much noise in the room, we could not stay comfortably. Some guests were very disturbing, they were talking and shouting too much. And they could even pass to the balconies of other rooms because the balconies of the rooms can easily be opened to the next room. This situation is extremely dangerous in terms of security. We were quite uneasy when we reported this to the reception, they were not very interested in us. The receptionists were very indifferent and disrespectful. On the first day, we wanted to park our car in the parking lot of the hotel, but there were many broken beer bottles. When we told this to reception, they said they knew, but they didn't do anything right away. We had to park our car elsewhere by paying money. The hotel breakfast is not good. Wifi access is almost impossible. Ilk gün arabamizi otelin park yerine parketmek istedik, ancak pek cok kirilmis bira sisesi vardi yerlerde. Bunu resepsiyona söyledigimizde haberlerinin oldugunu söylediler, fakat hemen bir sey yapmadilar. Arabamizi para ödeyerek baska bir yere park etmek zorunda kaldik. Otelin kahvaltisi iyi degil. Wifi erisimi neredeyse imkansiz. Sonuç olarak, bir gece kaldıktan sonra başka bir otelde kalmayı seçtik.

This hotel is located a few train stops away (Station: Harras) from the central train station, so it was not difficult to get to it. The infrastructure of the city is such that getting around is relatively easy. One just has to follow the directions on a map, whether physical or online, and you are good to go. The check-in process was smooth. I realise getting up and walking to where my room is, that the hotel is quite large, so if you are not up to walking a lot; ask for a room close to the elevator. The room is large and well maintained. I appreciate the bottle of water on top of the minibar fridge for guests. There is a breakfast place just a short walk away if having breakfast at the hotel is not something you would like. Not a minor issue, but it does say in the directory of services that laundry items sent in before 8.30am would be returned by 7pm the same day. However, mine was not and luckily, I was not departing the hotel the next day. It was attributed to a manpower shortage, says the front desk team member; and I know it to be a prevalent issue worldwide. The internet connection in the room is also very slow, especially in the evenings, in my opinion. If you decide to forgo the servicing of your room, hang a “go green” pouch on the doorknob and you will receive a surprise gift. Aside from the bakery around the corner, there are a few eateries close by. Despite the shortcomings, it was an enjoyable, fuss-free stay.
