Been staying at St Regis Mumbai every time we visit Mumbai for work. Location is incredible or in fact the best amongst all the hotels in Mumbai. Great service as usual. We used the business centre services as well as the coffee lounge for meetings… everything was smooth. However may I suggest to tone down the fragrance at the reception? It gets a bit too overbearing after a while :)

The location of the hotel is awkward and the surrounding law and order is not very good. But the hotel itself is very good, it is the best within a few kilometers, suitable as a temporary booking option. The interior of the hotel is relatively small, including aisles, restaurants, gyms, etc., but the rooms are not small at all, and the control buttons for curtains are all integrated on the box on the bedside table, which is very convenient. I just left my room in the city palace. Bilan. I'm already sure I haven't had the room I had booked by bravofly.
