This hotel is suitable for a brief stay. Rooms were spacious and breakfast spread was reasonable, however, even at 2pm they were not ready for checkin and the bathroom drain was choked.

One of the worst experience I had staying in this place. The customer service was the worst to the core. They don't have a basic decency on how to treat the customer. The staff manager "Rajesh Castelino" is one such person who does not seem to have basic customer service sense and not even capable to be a room cleaner at the hotel. He does not seem to understand basic English when we tried to explain an issue. Seems a 5th fail candidate got into job by cheating.He is such a disgrace and need to be thrown out of the hotel. The other person is "Syed" who is the housekeeping Manager and he did something which even a third party motel will not do the guests- another disgrace. He also used stained bedsheets in our room but charging 5 star hotel rates- absolutely disgusting. The GM was confidently lying he uses only new bedding across- Buch of liers. Seems the hotel is run by third class ***** who does not have a sense to treat customers. Only trying to milk money from customers. Also please don't even think about having food at the onsite restaurant. We were having the morning breakfast and a small cockroach was strolling ***** the table. Seems infested by them all over in the kitchen and dining area. Please pay additional 1000 - 2000 Rs at near by restaurants or stay in a 2 start property which will have a way better customer service. Avoid this place.

I was there in the first week of Nov'23 for 3 days. On my last day, we checked out and left our luggage at the reception for few hours. When we came back, my wife wanted to change as we had a long flight in evening. So we requested the Front office manager for a room for 5 mins for same. To my surprise, he denied and asked to use the washroom for same. I told him that how a lady can change there. But he was extremely rude and non coperative. Terrible experience

Very good hotel in Mumbai location.nice room food quality is very good.staff was take care amol swapnil, omkar, vikas they are giving good service and upgrade my room also swimming pool is net and clean.nice smile in the lobby thanks to all the hotel staff

Extremely disappointed. Bathroom is so shabby that I can only say, don't stay here if u have any other option. It's pathetic experience till now. Floor slippery, broken, taps and shower are broken, no curtains, very old non managed property, staff also not helpful, no accountability.

Super hospitality and staff are quite supportive. I had fever while i check in hotel. Mr Naresh chand he is manager out there himself taking care to me lot till my check out. Calling to Dr and provide medicine . Strong recommendation

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Keys Hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great hospitality offered by yash rahane . Overall, I had a memorable stay at Keys Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, great dining, and outstanding service made it a standout experience.

Location was great ...gym services was excellent....all staff was really nice hospitality was absolutely great ...room were properly clean on daily basis.... location was great....I visit first time on pimpri keys hotel ....hotel was fantastic
