we had so much fun i booked the standard room and stayed 3 nights for the lady's lounge it was a pleasant experience the prices were pretty high id understand if it was a restaurant but a room service and the lounge? 10 kd for a burger and 6 for a pasta?

The stay was Amazing highly recommended! Has different facilities that suit all family members. Inshallah I will come back again. There is private area for ladies only, for the swimming pool and the fitness center

We had the best time ever the ladies lounge the cafe in the lobby the and the room service was really nice thank you The reception lady was very friendly Good job and amazing improvement the place was really clean and tidy the room smell was great and the bathroom was big and well equipped

every thing was perfect the room cleanliness , breakfast and the staff. i would like to thank mr. shehab for everything he was so cooperative and helpful. they have a privet pools for ladies which we liked but girls below 12 years are not allowed so my daughter had to swim outside in the kids pool.

Excellent Service, very accommodating and good for family vacation too, Birthday Celebrations. Fantastic ladies lounges, the breakfast buffet is marvellous well presented and really fresh which enhances you to start a new day Thank you manager Ahmed Gamal for his kind assistance and nice service.

The best place for family , coming back again sure, The regency hotel is the best hotel. Thank you Mr. Ahmed Gamal made our stay perfect was amazing and helpful❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ , Amazing dinner this evening and fabulous service from all staff, Excellent customer service. Food was outstanding and so delicious. Would highly recommend.

Alice, the lifeguard was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was very pleasant. I will definitely be returning to this hotel again. Excellent costumer service. Alice was welcoming, helpful and warm. Thanks again was an amazing experience.
