Facilities: Not bad. After leaving the Four Seasons Group, it can still maintain a relatively high quality, but the house is a little old.
Hygiene: Average, nothing to say
Environment: Very good, Red Square is downstairs, but there is too much snow in winter, the snow at the door cannot be cleaned, and it is all black mud after the car runs over. There are no other shortcomings. Even because the location of the Four Seasons Hotel is very good, you will not encounter the problem of positioning errors in the Red Square when taking a taxi on Yandex Go.

The front desk has a mechanism to rip off guests. When hearing that the guest is speaking Chinese, the lady will replace the original person at the front desk and come out to rip you off. She will strongly ask you to pay more to upgrade the room. If you don't cooperate, she will make you wait for the room. We waited for a long time, and finally the room was opened at our strong request. When the room was opened, we met a Chinese guest who was also ripped off and was checking out. He complained to us about the same check-in experience. I will only come to this hotel once for this kind of service, and I will never come again

The hotel, Nestled in the heart of Moscow, offers a prime location surrounded by all the city’s attractions. Pros: - Prime location - Friendly and supportive staff - Spacious and well-decorated rooms - Loving lobby with a delightful dessert menu - Must-try: the four-cheese pizza at the Italian restaurant - absolutely delicious! Cons: - Some staff members don’t speak English, so you’ll need to use translation apps.

Arriving at the FS Moscow feels like coming home. The doormen smile when they see me and say "Welcome Sir, The staff are all so warm and responsive to the slightest requests. The rooms are luxurious. I stayed for 4 Nights with red square view OMG. The concierge team, are the best. they handled all our special requests. reception upgrades me to fabulous rooms. The hotel is perfect as I anticipate from Four Seasons hotels selection. The room design is stunning as usual and the hospitality is amazing me one more time. Overall our stay exceeded expectations. With its blend of beautiful aesthetic and outstanding service, it's the perfect choice for any traveler seeking a memorable experience specially at Moscow inside the hotel is different than any other hotel in the city due to bilingual staff and them willing to help

Found a drunk out of his mind Tucker Carlson in my room, he claimed to be possesed by demons and had written his manifesto on the walls using his own fecal-crayon. NON of the staff spoke Ukrainian. Disapointing experience, would not recomend.

Four seasons hotels always give the best service and are very understanding when it comes to changes cancellations. Due to my plan changes the staff was so understanding and patient that we had to changed dates and airport transfer three times, always in touch through their whatsapp, they reply politely and always within a minute! One of the best services i have ever experienced, of course the hotel is great and the location is the best in Moscow. for payment had no issue paying visa and so on. Special thanks to Kristina ,Aleksandr and Aleksandra ,Timofey- from Concierge, Daria Ya and Daria K. and Anastasiia - Front Office Kristina ,Yana, Tatiana , Ksenia and MAriia - room reservation. Secon stay with us and more to come!
