Criticism should not be used for verbal aggression but rather for improving the establishment. In my case, we bought the package through CVC and it wasn't exactly what we bought. The hot shower valve is almost impossible to close because it is so hot, it burns your fingers, the entrance counter is really full of alfajors, wines, biscuits and the like, there is no space to sign the entrance forms. The bathroom has a glass flap that gets the whole thing wet, it's dangerous to even slip, the towels are very thin from using them so much. The breakfast is good.

Modest but fair Holtel, offers a very rich and varied included breakfast, located 6 blocks from Plaza Independencia and the historic center and one from Av. 18 de Julio. It is easy to communicate with public transportation and the staff was very attentive and friendly.

Bad hotel! Hard to believe it has 3 stars. Starting at reception: rude and impatient employees, counter full of things to sell like wines, alfajors... there was barely a place to sign. Dark place. Cramped elevator full of advertisements for snack bars and other restaurants outside the hotel. Dark room access hall. Room is rubbish....everything in this hotel is old....dirty window glass, poor quality and polished sheets and towels, minibar falling apart. Dirty walls. Bathroom is a horror show. Pink crockery from the 60s, poorly maintained and all the grout black with dirt, a tiny shower with a shower pipe and curtains that don't do any good....everything is disgusting. Bathroom door with termites and already with flaps on the bar. This hotel is really bad. It's absurd that we leave Brazil to stay in a hotel like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!! Photos deceive us all.

The hotel is terrible! Rude staff, breakfast is served by them: the guest has to look at the dishes offered from a distance and choose what they want to eat. The place where they leave the dishes is not only far away but also dark. I myself ended up giving up eating at the hotel. Just cross the street and enjoy one of the best bakeries in the region! The bathroom in the room is a tragedy! There is no box separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom, just a very thin cloth curtain that gets soaked and the water ends up running all over the bathroom, out into the bedroom and everything is flooded! Breakfast made me nostalgic, as we had to stand in lines and ask for what we wanted, just like in schools (Contains irony). We don't have the autonomy to get what we want, we have to ask them to make a hot mix and how we want it. Simple rooms, bathroom without shower with curtain. For backpackers it is a great option, because the location is central and with easy access to the main points. Some reservations: inform that the parking lot is 2 blocks from the hotel, which makes it difficult if someone has difficulty getting around since there is no valet.
