Vinimos en familia y nos dijeron que no habían habitaciones disponibles. Luego de dividirnos el algunos hoteles por curiosidad volvimos a llamar y nos dijeron que me quedaba una habitación así que regresamos como pareja. Al llegar los empleados todos con los teléfonos a mano y hubo que alzar la voz 3 veces para que alguien decidiera levantar la mirada. Nos atiende alguien que nos mostró nuestra habitación la cual era un lugar fétido y con una humedad que apenas se podía respirar el aire, el lugar estrecho y era un furgón. Nos quejamos y nos llevaron a otras 3 habitaciones las cuales estaban en mejores condiciones que la primera, la cuarta decidimos tomarla pero pagamos un extra ya que tenía 2 camas pero esta no tenia humedad. El hotel no tenía agua en botellas o de ninguna para tomar "Terrible", queríamos comprar pero no había. No hablemos de la comida que nos tomó una hora y veinte minutos recibir la cena que ordenamos en el restaurante y no trajeron lo que pedimos. Tuvimos que salir a cenar a otro lugar. NO HAY SERVICIO!!! PISCINA HORRIBLE!!! HABITACIONES EN MAL ESTADO!!! NECESITA UNA INTERVENCION URGENTE!!!

Es el peor hotel que he conocido. La habitación estaba descuidada, con mosquitos, aire acondicionado estruendoso e ineficiente. El parqueo es un patio oscuro y solitario, sin asfaltar y con un camino de malas condiciones. Además de haber sido atendido por una recepcionista que no quiso aceptar pago con tarjeta ni sabe nada sobre factura para crédito fiscal. Jamás volvería a este hotel que me hace avergonzar de haberlo visitado. Pd: Todavía estoy esperando que me entreguen la factura con comprobante fiscal, y hace más de dos semanas que estoy solicitándola tanto a la persona de recepción como a un tal Héctor.
