Great stay at hotel Areaone miyazaki. There is a breakfast for 1000 yen. We tried and was quite filling. The hotel is accesible by bus from miyazaki or minami-miyazaki station. Advisable to visit aoshima too!

The hotel is a little old, the room felt old as well but it was clean and good to stay for a day.

Great location, very close to main eatery and night-out area. Free coffee are only provided at their cafe but not in the room. The room is a bit small for three adults.

The staff were very nice, but the cleaning was not thorough. There was dust everywhere, the bath was dirty, and it was really not suitable for staying with other people.
I think it's good for solo travelers who just want to sleep.
There was only one trash can, which was inconvenient.
It was close to the downtown area, and there were plenty of restaurants within a 6-7 minute walk, so there was no need for a taxi.

When I called before checking in to ask about parking, the staff was very polite and quickly showed me to the parking lot even though it was raining, which I was very grateful for.
When I checked in, they also gave me towels and other items, which I thought was wonderful.
Also, when I received my room key but couldn't remember where I had put my luggage because there was so much of it, a staff member went out of his way to look for me in front of my room, and despite the inconvenience, they handled it without a word of displeasure, which made my stay very comfortable.
The bath water was also safe to use as it was written on the wall, so I was able to use it with peace of mind.
Just one thing, but I found a few small bugs in the locker, or rather the double-door chest of drawers where you hang your clothes, and once I noticed them, I couldn't hang my clothes, which was disappointing.
I would like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity.
