非常滿意這家酒店！首先，環境很漂亮。酒店前面就是小溪，溪邊還有露天風呂。酒店也很漂亮，內部環境和氣氛安靜愜意，給人非常舒適的感受。其次，酒店的服務非常值得稱讚👍我們去之前有點忐忑，因為乘jr到倉吉已經晚上8點半了，擔心會不會太晚沒有交通工具去酒店。因此，去之前就打了個電話問詢了當地交通情況，對方也問了我們大致的到達時間。結果當天晚上我們一出jr站，就看到他們的工作人員拿着酒店牌子等候在那邊，並開車把我們送到了酒店，令我們非常感動！第二天的早餐和晚餐，酒店服務也很細緻周到。不僅每道菜很精緻，還給我們做了介紹。因為使用了翻譯軟件，因此全程交流毫無障礙！第三天離行時，酒店工作人員還特地送到酒店外，並等我們都上車後，集體揮手告別，非常暖心！酒店的特色是温泉，非常推薦！房間是典型的日式榻榻米。整個小鎮遊客不多，漫步其中有種“結廬在人境，而無車馬喧”的意境。

入住的日式房間，酒店服務人性化不夠，晚上18點後不能提供接站服務，晚上也沒有會中文的工作人員，而且英語基本也不行，英語交流極其困難，白天有一位中文工作人員可以交流。公共空間空氣有黴味。

子供連れだったので、コスパ重視で素泊まりでした。ゆえに料理は賞味していません。
お風呂はちょっと温めでしたがリラックスして長く入れる感じ。
お湯はほんの少しとろっとした泉質ですね。
Wifi の機器が悪い部屋だったのが残念ですが、それ以外では文句なしでした。

시설이 굉장히 깔끔하구요, 직원분들도 엄청 친절하세요. 아침에 체크아웃하고 무료 셔틀버스를 이용했는데, 평일이라서 손님이 없는 시간에 우리 목적지까지 직접 데려다주시기도 했습니다. 돗토리에서 즐거운 시간 보내고 갑니다^^
