Nice hotel in the center of Minneapolis. There’s even a Starbucks Coffee inside!

No toothbrush No toothpaste

It's okay. Asking the front desk to call a taxi is a trap. It's best to use Uber yourself. It's more reliable for us Chinese people.

We enjoyed our stay was nice and quiet and our staff was very helpful!!! We would absolutely stay at your hotel again, and we will let our family and friends know about our stay! Thanks for asking

The stay was fine but we were told there was a continental breakfast by the girl that checked us in. But there was not. We were also NOT told there was a charge for internet but we were charged. One person said we should not have been charged but then asked how to remove and that person said we should be charged.. all VERY unclear. And then two night parking was 80 for two nights not 35 per night as stated

Front desk check-in lady was soooo sweet, plus she upgraded us for my daughter's birthday. Very nice hotel, quiet & clean.

Everything was excellent I only had one problem which was I wasent informed about the $40 parking across the street. That $40 was suppose to cover all the days I stayed at the hotel so if I was informed about it on my first day I wouldn’t have had to spend an extra $40 only first night unaware.

Nice hotel and quiet. We loved that there was a Starbucks located in the hotel. The beds and pillows were the best- we slept great! The cold/hot water was a bit touchy in the shower and took a while to get the right temp. Restaurant in the hotel was closed for renovations and I was notified of that in advance. Great restaurants within walking and fun nightlife nearby within walking as well.

Our stay at the Westin was nice. My only complaint is that it is dated a bit. We also stayed in a room that had a window that looked out into some sort of fake outdoor hallway which I did not like at all. The location is convenient, and close to everything. 15 Uber to mall of America and the airport. I liked that there was a Starbucks attached as well. Star of our stay was Dedo at the front desk, he was pleasant and very welcoming. He was very accommodating during our trip and made it memorable!

The hotel and service were AMAZING..will definitely stay again!! Room and hotel were clean and comfortable. My advice: Check in first to find out where to park..we parked in wrong ramp but staff were kind enough to help us get to our vehicle upon checkout.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you’re planning to attend an event in downtown Minneapolis! Easily within walking distance to target center! Parking conveniently across the street( in a ramp, you do have to pay!) Very cool former bank turned hotel. Staff are AMAZING! Would definitely stay here again!

The place is nice! Some of the metalwork on the doors is really cool. The bank-bault-turned-wine-room is also very cool. Gentleman named Dedo at the desk was a delight. Minor gripes were that the water took about 10 minutes to get hot on the 9th floo(I don't know if that's an always thing or if we were unlucky), and that the continental breakfast was lackluster but not bad. Can't beat it for the price, I'd definitely stay again.

I picked this hotel because it had a full service restaurant & I was traveling alone & did not want to walk around at night looking for restaurants . The day before I arrived, I received an email stating the restaurant was CLOSED for renovations …..
