Facility, house, room and pool were very nice, a little "shabby chic", also very nice, few rooms, free water, high relaxation factor and proximity to Bologna, Ferrara and Modena - wonderful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is very outdated, a new system would be urgently needed, and certain repair work (difficult to close doors, insect screens, etc.) would be important). Furthermore, the maid should at least change the dirty towels every day.

Camera spaziosa in stile " Shubby Chic" (che può piacere o meno), va migliorata sicuramente la pulizia e la manutenzione (il bagno aveva diverse cose che andavano sistemate), inoltre mancante di frigo bar e con una TV ridicolamente troppo piccola. La struttura è molto bella e con parecchio verde oltre ad avere la piscina e il parcheggio privato. Colazione senza lode e senza infamia, anche in questo caso migliorabile. Il giudizio dato è per incoraggiamento.
