I stayed in Classic C-type Room 305 (Komatsu), a twin bed placed on a 10 tatami mat, a space next to 4.5 tatami mats and 3 tatami mats, and a reading space facing the front. It was a bit too large for a couple, but the 3 tatami mats were occupied by chairs and were a little inconvenient. Dinner is a full-course meal called ”Snow Country Gastronomy” based on ingredients and traditional dishes that have been eaten in the snow country for generations. Although the taste was above the level, there was no dish that left an impression with the orthodox menu structure. Although it is a different world once you pass through the gate, it is close to the city area and is along National Route 291, which runs parallel to the Uonuma River, so the location is not very environmentally friendly. It's not bad if you decide to stay home.

I'm sorry that it seems to be troublesome. When I returned to the room, the futon was neatly laid. The ski center is genuine and affordable. All aspects of the accommodation are very Japanese and warm, and the boss family is very nice and very enthusiastic. Downstairs can adjust equipment, laundry, singing, bathing, and facilities are abundant. Because on the mountain, in the morning you can be the first to use the just-pressed snow trail, carving practice is super stress free, can be used up alone. At night, you can use up the entire snow trail when the last group of night skiing. The location is just right next to the green line, and novices need not have pressure. The only fly in the ointment is that you need to take sunrise express up, then take the chairlift down, and then there will be a snowmobile pick-up (winter), but you need to drag your luggage around the snowy hillside in the middle. There is a 24-hour convenience store near the station, and the location is great. However, be careful as the parking lot is small. The lobby is small and there is a chair fight. I checked in from 14:00 (it is possible if I pay an additional fee), but it was still a little crowded and there was a chair fight. Check-in was given priority, so the check-in time was about 5 minutes. If you don't like the small rooms, you shouldn't come. (The Japanese suite is relatively large because it has two bedrooms) The view is not good. There is air conditioner, but it is fixed to 24 ℃ in winter and is hot. The food was delicious and there were so many, but it was good (however, the breakfast the next day I ate soba at night was hell) However, from 15:00, it is difficult to make a reservation for meals from 17:30. Because it is difficult, Check in from 14:00 will be easier to take. The hot spring was the best. There are three private baths, but the place called ”Iwanoyu” is crowded, and depending on luck on the day you check in (relatively vacant during dinner) ”Iwanoyu” is vacant early in the morning of the next day (around 4:00 to 6:00). In addition, there are ice candy (free) (evening and night) and Yakult (free) (early morning to morning) at the bathing area, and you can eat ”night soba” for free from 23:00. You can pass the pen and describe the inn book, but the pen is not used. There is also a lounge, but it was not open. It was a room Japanese room 10 tatami mats, but there were also 6 tatami mats like the next room, and I felt wide. The bath is on the opposite side of the front desk on the first floor. There is a slightly wet inner bath 1 and a hot open-air bath, and the Joetsu Shinkansen downhill can be seen 々. The towel is very thick, and it is not possible to use it as a hand towel, and I think it is better to bring a body towel in the room. The meal is a dining room on the second floor. It was designated as 19:30. There are waiters and waitresses, but most of them seem to be in training, and the timing of bringing food is slow, and if you don't urge again, you won't fire a pot or a pot. There was no Nakai in wafuku, and it was like a business hotel with Japanese rooms and hot springs. There were few rooms, and the bath was not crowded, and I was able to relax without worrying.

It was a very satisfying stay with a feeling of cleanliness and neat cleaning. Breakfast was included in the accommodation and dinner was taken at the restaurant in the building. Both were delicious. The two large communal baths were beautiful and the view was good. There was an open-air bath surrounded by snow and an open-air bath with a large mountain in front of me, so it was beautiful and relaxing. There were many small children staying, so I was full of energetic energy. On the other hand, I saw quite a few people staying in three generations of family. Overall, I think it was an environment where everyone seemed to enjoy and felt happy. I used it for skiing this time, but it was a hotel that I would like to stay even if I didn't ski.

You can see the snow in the back mountain in the room. I heard that it has not been snowing for a long time. Friends who can ski think it is a good choice. The room is also very large and comfortable. The outdoor bathing area makes people blow cold wind and soak in the hot springs very comfortable. The fly in the ointment is that we booked a non-smoking floor, but the elevator smelled a strong smell of smoke as soon as it came out.

I didn't expect to be able to live in such a good Japanese-style hot spring hotel in a place like Rokkamachi, which is totally value for money. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Rokkamachi Station. Every part of the hotel is extremely tidy, as is the public health area. I can’t find any flaws in a typical cleanliness like me. The hotel also has its own private soup, indoor and outdoor pools, although not big, but the atmosphere is excellent. As long as you make an appointment in advance, you can enjoy the private hot spring beautifully. The surroundings of the hotel are super quiet. Walking along the hillside behind the hotel, you can see many beautiful villas along the way. There should be many Japanese-style hot spring hotels. Finally, I have to say that the owner of the hotel is really great. Not only did he recommend us delicious Japanese restaurants nearby, he also provided free pick-up service and sent us to JR station early the next morning. It was really great. Intimate! Next time you have a chance to come to Rokkamachi again, you must stay here again!
