I was hoping the negative reviews I saw on this property were not true. But alas, my husband stayed here when needed to visit a family member in the hospital. He arrived late (midnight) and the front desk worker didn't believe him that he had a reservation for the evening. Even though he had a confirmation from *******. He was forced to pay $100 at check-in that would be held for any "damages". They wouldn't refund this to him in the morning at checkout (8am) until the housekeeper cleaned his room that afternoon. There was light switches in the room that didn't work. The shower had no lip to it so he was worried about water going into the main room. He had to use towels as a dam to even take a shower that morning. This is not a hotel I would recommend someone staying at. Even if it's only for a short 8 hours....
