"The location of the hotel was in close proximity (5-minute walking distance) to the venue we were attending at the Fiserv Forum. There were many restaurants within close proximity to the hotel as well. The room was just ok. The bathroom door in the room was broken, and the hotel could use some updates. We did not have much interaction with the front desk, but staff was polite during check in/ out. Valet was pleasant and offered to help assist with bags. Overall, the say was nice given the reason for the visit. I would not stay there for more than a weekend, because the hotel is downtown and you hear sirens all day."

"This is the smallest and worst Hilton I've ever stayed in. The hotel is very old, the room is very small, the windowsills are dusty, and some places are not cleaned. The advantage is that it is located in the city center, the buffet breakfast is not bad, and the waiter often comes to add water on his own initiative. I like the service attitude of the waiter"

"The Pfister is a lovely, elegant, old world hotel. In the heart of Milwaukee, it had a beautiful view of the lake from our room. The bed was so comfortable, and the staff so friendly and accommodating! We can’t wait to return. It felt like a European getaway in the middle of a city known for its beer, brats and cheese curds. Our only disappointment, was that we were not visited by a Ghostley presence, but we look forward to revisiting and trying again. Ellie in the lounge was a sweetheart!"

Had no issues with staff and appreciate the well lit parking lot with cameras (we’ve had our car broken into multiple times in MKE so this meant a lot to us). Room was decently clean but dog fur was very much present as well as someone’s hair on the pillows."

"The hotel has a good location; it's a serviced apartment building with rooms scattered throughout the building. Check-in is strictly after 3 PM. The front desk staff were not very experienced, and it took them 40 minutes to check me in. The presence of a kitchen in the room is a plus."
