Sleep Inn & Suites Airport

I have been here twice and the people are very friendly and very helpful. If you need anything, they will help you out, if possible. It's very quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast is very good, and there is a variety too.

For a 2 star hotel, you get exactly what you pay for. So while I can’t complain, just know what you’re signing up for and don’t have above average expectations. Had no issues with staff and appreciate the well lit parking lot with cameras (we’ve had our car broken into multiple times in MKE so this meant a lot to us). Room was decently clean but dog fur was very much present as well as someone’s hair on the pillows.

The staff were very friendly and the waiting area had a very pleasant set up with fresh cut flowers. However, it is an older hotel that doesn’t seem to keep up with things. Our hotel room didn’t have a working TV, the toilet seat had a long black hair on it and we all have blonde/light brown hair and there was dair hair in multiple spots in the shower. This left an initial feeling making me wonder if the towels or sheets were even washed. For $76 in Milwaukee, you definitely get what you pay for.

My estimate is half of the people staying at the motel were not travelers but possibly on some sort of government voucher. The common areas were mostly used by the non travelers and had a different vibe. The room was clean and comfortable though.

It smells musty and stuffy. Although we could not use the shuttle service because it doesn't operate all day, the cute to-go bags were a nice touch. The carpets are dirty throughout and the bedding and mattresses are worn. This place needs a major carpet and upholstery cleaning and it needs to be aired out.

Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and one meat and a muffin if you wanted it. Also the beverage station was out of orange juice during our entire stay. The room we were assigned had a funky smell, the carpet looked dirty, there were white stains on the chair and dark sticky substance under the desktop lamp base. The wall near the door had a couple large stains that would not wipe off.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good Pool and hot tub could be maintained better. Water in pool and hot tub was very cloudy and hot tub water had a funky smell.

The location was great. The staff were helpful. The pool was unclean and unsanitary making it unsafe for swimming. The room looked clean, yet odorous.
