Let's start with staying at this awful hotel ruined my entire trip and I had to leave early because they haven't refunded my money AT ALL!!! I'm owed back $1100.00 plus medical costs and the manager doesn't come in or return messages!!! Judy was supposed to credit me today for leaving early, instead she took MORE money out of my account!!! The incompetence of the staff is astounding!! Christine is nasty and should never be a face in customer service with her mouth. Night one, my toddler and I get bit by BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!!! I'm severely allergic and needed MEDICAL attention and medication as did she! I requested money back to move to another hotel and christine screamed at me telling me the manager wasn't in and they have to first check for bugs but proceeded to tell me the guests before me had the same problem in the same room!!!!!!! Obviously wasn't exterminated and even after moving my room no one EVER exterminated so expect bedbugs!!!! I had anxiety the whole time trying to sleep even after being moved and they have taken more money because they don't know how to credit a debit card!!! This is fraud and they're violating contracts with Visa!!!! I asked for the commercial insurance to file a medical claim and have had no response!! I had serious welts and pain after these bites because i'm so allergic!! i'm owed a lot of money, insurance information and an apology!!! I had to spend more just to check out early today to get out of that dump!! Wear socks because the floors are absolutely disgusting and turned our socks black !! Don't waste your money they scam you, don't do the right thing, and better contact me in 24 hours or the health department will know as well. If you want filth, watching the cops there constantly until 2am, anxiety and to be robbed it's your place!! Roger needs to do right by my kids and I!! Messaged him on social media and he ignored us there too!!! FRAUD!!!!! Give me back my $!!!! Get someone there to exterminate! I have medical proof I was bitten up by bedbugs and your own employee eve saw it! Eve also refunded money on the wrong card!??!!! Impossible to get credit on my debit card??

Cynthia gave me excellent customer service! She greeted me as soon as I walked In & made the whole process very simple. I was even having some issues with my Marriott app that no one else was willing to walk me through at the other hotels I stayed at. She is definitely a keeper!!! Can’t wait to come back !!!

We stayed 4 nights so we were able to explore the hotel throughout. We booked a suite which they could not give us on the first night but this was quickly resolved by the friendly staff. Hot breakfast was excellent and beds are comfortable. Location is close to everything (Restaurants and stores). This is an older Holiday Inn Express property and the hotel could use some renovations and updating. Unfortunately the suite had a tiny cube fridge in a space meant for taller one. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay there. Update the hotel and it will make it even better!

The experience was great. Nice room. Had clean sheets and the bathrooms were nice. They gave us shampoo and conditioner along with bar soap. The heater warmed us up quick. It’s was easy to check in and check out as well. close to a lot of restaurants and you receive a 5$ coupon to denny’s!

My stay at this location was wonderful. The room and lobby were very clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. I will certainly be staying at this location again as you really get excellent amenities at the price point.

Hotel en remodelación, no se me informó hasta llegar allá. Poca o nula preocupación por el bienestar de los pasajeros. Desayuno regular, dos primeros dias buen desayuno, después solo pan y wafles recalentados. Limipeza regular, polvo y ruido de la remodelación.

The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. Very close to the high speed, the United States is like this, there are many chain hotels next to the high-speed, this brand is a high-end brand in the chain. The parking lot is large. I like the fireplace in the hall of his home most. Breakfast is very simple, typical American style, this kind of hotel is always breakfast-included, you know.

Room was ver clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Food was very good at the Dakota restaurant. Went to the pub for drinks which were great and the bartender even talked with us making recommendations of places and stores in the area. Would stay there again.
