Hotel is dated with a cranky elevator. Double beds are clean and comfortable but tight for 2 persons. Shower is strong and hot. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Layout of room space is U-shaped which is a little hard to layout out luggage’s. Functional for our family of five. One of the rare rooms that can fit five. Breakfast provided.

How does water in a hotel unexpectedly go off? It went off for over an hour while my infant was in the bathtub… they could have been honest with the estimated time but they weren’t. Extremely inconvenient stay.

The facilities of the hotels we passed during the trip were a bit outdated, but the environment was good. The rooms were neat and clean, enough to accommodate our family of four. In particular, the breakfast was good.

This is a very good hotel. We were very comfortable, would highly recommend it!! Just wish there had been a microwave. The staff was wonderful!

having very bad stay at this property! rooms don't look like the way it is pretended online. even after paying 109$ a night there is no microwave in the rooms, no hair dryer and all these basic stuff!!

The room were clean but the down quilt was not and the window treatment (sheers) was ripped and dirty. The hotel staff was amazing. Free breakfast was good. I would recommend for a short term stay .

Please make sure I get credit for this in your system. I did not check in nor stay there. I went through your system over the weekend and tried to make a rez, assuming the pre-loaded dates would be the day when I was looking. They were three to 4 days ahead. I was exhausted and just wanted a room and booked it. I tried to change it or cancel it and was told it couldn’t happen. Very unhappy with the transaction and, obviously, it cost me.

The staff was excellent, but I found small details of the hotel to be dingy or poorly kept up. There were fingerprints/smudges on the headboard of the bed. And a mysterious sticky substance on the floor in front of my fridge that I had to ask someone to clean. I also was disappointed that the hotel does not provide travel size lotions or shampoos, or have on demand options for entertainment (like Netflix/ Hulu, etc.)
