酒店服務很棒，房間很大、衞整潔衞生，位置不錯，對面就能在湖邊椰樹下散步，還有很熱帶風情的游泳池和泡池，早餐豐盛！值得大家選擇

房間裏大小合適，浴室也夠大，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境也好，服務周到，説實話在五一期間開到這樣的房覺得還是可以的，畢竟是全國連鎖的酒店，稍微覺得不太妥的是温泉的水消毒水味重了點，平常時間如果温泉和泳池也是開放的話還是很值的。

酒店就在湖泉生態園旁邊，距離湖泉生態園及紅河水鄉都很近，位置很好，停車也方便，前台服務員很貼心，酒店工作人員見面都會打招呼，感覺很温暖，還送了蘋果及鮮花餅。

服務：前台服務很熱情周到，會推薦很多當地美食🍱
早餐：很多品種，還有當地特色的米線🍜
環境：旁邊就是湖，很漂亮！適合散步🏃♂️離彌勒最熱鬧的商業街很近，吃的喝的很多！

非常值得推薦的一家酒店，離湖就隔了一條馬路。入住時免費幫我們升級成湖景房，雖然房間面積沒有內景房大但是絕對物有所值。
下午入住，進入房間落地大窗能看到全湖的景色，酒店也提前準備了酸奶和水果。入住後先去體驗了酒店的泳池和温泉，泳池很乾凈，有落葉也會有人及時撈走。救生員會一直在泳池邊，讓人感覺非常安全。泡池也很舒服，天黑亮燈後氛圍更佳。泡完温泉回房間換衣服，剛打開門就看見夕陽落山，再加上湖水的映襯景色極美！
收拾完下樓吃飯，前台小姐姐推薦了一家做彌勒特色菜的飯館，去品嚐了一下，非常不錯！感謝推薦！
因為是臨街，晚上睡覺的時候不敢開窗户，但是就會有個問題，不開空調熱，開了空調冷…中央空調懂得都懂，調節不靈敏…所以一晚上開關了好幾次😂😂
總體來説來彌勒玩的話還是非常推薦這家酒店的，而且非常具有性價比。

酒店的硬件和環境都不錯，是我外出旅行常選的品牌酒店。唯一令人反感的是，房間的桌面放着一張長長的房間用品賠償清單，這是對旅客的極不尊重，説重了是人格侮辱。試問一年下來，有多少旅客損壞了酒店物品？就算是不小心損害，酒店承擔損失也不為過。這是典型的中國式有罪推定，認為來住店的都有可能損害酒店物品。這種管理思維，不應該是一個四星級品牌酒店所為。忠言逆耳，希望改進。也不致影響我以後繼續選擇維也納酒店。

因為房間能看見湖選擇了入住維也納酒店。前台小姐姐特別熱情，推薦了附近好吃的小吃和正餐商家，送了2份早餐，幫忙安排了高層的房間，窗外湖景很美。附近吃飯的地方很多，吃完飯可以去湖邊或者是紅河水鄉散散步，非常的愜意，房間送了歡迎水果和酸奶，配了4瓶農夫山泉水。早餐特別好，種類豐富食材新鮮，蔬菜都是貴价種類（秋葵 絲瓜尖 豌豆片等），一點不敷衍。有現煮的米線卷粉麪條餌絲可以選擇，還有十幾種配菜和小料可選，特色鹵雞和酥肉也很好吃。水果有西瓜橙子桃子，西點有三四種，還有很多其他的…，泳池和温泉這次來不及體驗了，下次來彌勒還想入住！
