Booked through Booking in the morning, two of us showed up. One of us had the digital document and the other paper. It was 10pm, outside the downpour, just returned from a trip. We were supposed to stay 3 nights. We didn't even enter before we were immediately stopped and told that they couldn't accept the digital document. They sent us to the police station in via Poma to request a certificate of recognition to stay in that hotel, we were told that there was no way such a document could be obtained. having returned to the hotel to explain after having wasted over 20 minutes we were told that we should have gone to the police station near the central station (distance about 40 minutes, in all this it was now 10.30 in the evening with bad weather). We would have been left without a place to sleep in Milan not knowing if it would have been successful at the police station. Obviously due to tiredness we LUCKILY decided to call a different hotel which welcomed us immediately without problems. However rude receptionist, dark place.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. Good value for money. Excellent location as it is not far from public transport and the city centre. Slow elevator and no internal doors but still seems safe. Free shower samples available. Clean but basic room. Affordable price for a double room.

SCAMMERS and one of the WORST HOTELS in Milan. I booked via Booking at 11.30pm and arrived at the entrance at 12.30am. The door was closed, I called all the numbers written at the entrance but no one answered. After 10 minutes of knocking, some girls who were staying on the ground floor opened the door. ONLY then does the man in the photos come out to stand at the reception. He told us that they only receive customers until 10pm and then that's it but as soon as I made the reservation via Booking the money was immediately deducted from my card. I booked for a double room but my friend forgot his ID at home and they wouldn't give us the room. Ok, no problem, at least they could give it to me since I had already paid for the room and had a valid and original document, BUT NO. They wanted me to pay extra because I arrived late when the room money had already been deducted from the card. I said no and the man in the photo started screaming like a child shouting “GO AWAY! GO AWAY” and making a gesture of wanting to hit me. The next day they canceled my reservation for a no-show and still took my money when I showed up, in fact I have the photos as proof. NEVER BOOK after 9pm and if possible NEVER COME TO THIS DUMP.

Decent hotel, I stayed one night and there were people in other rooms who were very ******, otherwise the room was so-so, in the bathroom the light was too weak you could barely see it and the sockets had no sockets coverage

Hotel finto 3 stelle.colazione inesistente.no tovaglie no tovaglioli.una merendina e un cornetto vecchio....stanza senza tende e con infissi rotti.prezzo folle ma a Milano era tutto pieno.unica cosa valida è la posizione a 100 metri da bus e treno suburbano.hotel da 1 stella neanche.la colazione più ridicola che ho mai fatto in un hotel
