Highly recommended. The room is clean and tidy. Staffs are so kind. Local pizzerias within walking distance etc. are nice.

Unfortunately I don’t agree that this is a four star hotel. We arrived late and the night porter kindly showed us to our room but when we got in the first thing we noticed was there was no tea and coffee making facilities. They had left us one bottle of water each, but no fridge. However, the room was clean, comfortable and modern. TV only terrestrial. Lovely powerful shower and plenty of complimentary toiletries. The next morning we asked the receptionist to organise the kettle etc but when we returned after a day out it still hadn’t arrived in the room. When we finally got them they gave us one green tea bag and one English breakfast tea. We did manage to get a few more teabags out of the night staff and then as we were checking out I was charged a supplementary cost for it all! The surrounding streets are quite dirty with really poor GPS so taxis and Uber can never find the actual location of the hotel. About a ten minute walk to nearest amenities and tram stop. For me, I would save the money we used on transport getting into the city centre and use it to stay in a property closer to town.

Overall the stay was great, anytime I interacted with the staff they were very helpful, nice and always had a smile. The only downfall would be the bed in my room.. it was very hard and firm.. but the blankets and pillows were great.. I was able to walk to the cathedral and spa of my choice and there is even a REALLY GREAT restaurant right around the corner!

This hotel cancelled our reservation 24 hours prior to arrival, with no explanation and no compensation. Obviously, this put us in a very difficult situation, especially since rooms in the town were completely sold out. I would definitely not recommend this business.
