Convenient transportation and location. Neat and clean room

The hotel is super small. Two people can't even put their suitcases in it. As a four-star hotel, there is only one person at the check-in front desk at night. There is no basic security. It is also near the central train station. People come and go everywhere. You don't need to swipe your card to get on the elevator. I personally feel very unsafe, so I left immediately after staying for one night. There are many thieves in Italy. If you can avoid living near the train station, don't live there. There are idle people everywhere. I encountered a thief at the Milan train station, so I feel that the hotel is generally safe. The shower and toilet are still separated. There is only a curtain in the shower area. Water is everywhere, making the room very wet! ! ! ! If you have requirements for the hotel, choose carefully

離火車站很近

1. Along the road, the sound insulation is very poor. I didn’t sleep all night. I chose to stay next to the Central Railway Station because I had to catch a flight early the next morning. 2. There is no barrier between the shower room and the toilet. There is no shower glass door or curtain to cover it. It is directly exposed and the entire bathroom is wet. Where can there be such a hotel bathroom now? 3. It says four stars, but it doesn’t even have a bottle of water or a kettle. It doesn’t have any toiletries. You have to go to the front desk to get slippers, which are thin and of the worst quality. 4. The room was small and dim. I will never choose to stay here again. The price is not cheap! Two rooms cost more than 1,500, and you also have to pay 10 Euro city fee, which is close to 800 per night. Please note that it is the off-season.

Best thing about this hotel is the location which is perfect for a quick weekend trip. The room is very modern and clean but lacks basic amenities for a 4 star hotel I.e. tea/coffee area.

The transportation is convenient and the price is slightly higher during the exhibition. But overall it's pretty good. The rooftop restaurant is the highlight, and it's opposite the Central Railway Station.

The room was very clean and I have no complaints. Even though I like cleanliness, I was very satisfied with my stay. If I have a chance, I would like to stay there again.

Not recommended. The room lacks basic hotel facilities, toiletries, and a do-not-disturb sign. It feels unsafe near the central train station. It is better to stay in the city center in Milan.
