Was a great stay.staff polite and helpful.

A good hotel, located relatively close to Duomo Square - the first time we got there by metro, and in subsequent days we walked in a straight line, about 30 minutes. The room is small but cozy, the furniture is modern, the bed is comfortable. On the first day they forgot to clean our room, but on the remaining days the cleaning was very good, towels were changed, gels/soap were constantly added (there was no need to ask, as is often the case). Breakfast is a little sp****, there is a not very tasty omelet, fried bacon, simple sausages, some cold cuts, cucumbers/tomatoes, fruit, pastries, jams. At exactly 10:00, without warning, they close the door to the dining room and very quickly take away all the food :) In general, for such adequate money the hotel turned out to be quite normal. Well, the central station is quite close, easy to walk.

Basic room, nice bed. Clean. Little balcony to the road. Busy road, but only noice was later night from metro. It didnt bother us. Breakfast was italian style, we enjoyed it. Would stay here again.

La habitación apestaba a cigarro y puro y se supone que es una habitación de no fumar. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el personal del turno de la noche no pudo remediarlo diciendo que no podía prenderlo por la temporada. Así que, ni una disculpa. Por la cuestión cultural se entiende eso no disculp**** pero el hecho de trabajar en hoteleria / servicio al cliente debería hacer que la atención al cliente cambiara. La habitación diaria del hotel muy buena y el personal muy amable. Vale la pena la ubicación, es una zona accesible al metro (línea roja directa al DUOMO)… segura y llena de tiendas lo cual la hace transitable. El hotel no está mal y tiene elevador.

Everyone was friendly and polite. The receptionist on our arrival the first night (24th September) was extra helpful and went above to make our checkin confortable.

It was very good stay, friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, but is good for one person. Location near shopping street Corso Buenos. 2 km of walking to Duomo and shopping gallery. Hotel is near Metro Station Lima. Trams too

The location is good. Take the bus from the airport to the central train station and follow the navigation to the hotel. There are supermarkets and many restaurants next to it The hotel room is very clean and the breakfast variety and taste are good

The hotel room was nice and modern, I liked that the bathroom was so roomy! The hotel was very close to the metro, lots of food options nearby, as well as clothing stores! I originally booked a king bed with balcony, which was unavailable at the time of check-in. So they gave us 2 queen rooms with a balcony instead. Which I personally thought was a waste since it was just me and my hubby and we did not really use the other room except to get some towels and pillows from the other room. Also, the balcony view they gave us was not city view, it was “meh”. But they have a rooftop with a huge balcony, which we enjoyed. Heads up though, they switched the rooftop bar into a fitness facility but you can still buy your own drinks and hang out there to enjoy the view.

Overall this hotel was quite a let down. The posting claimed to have AC and when we called down, they said they only turn AC on in the summer. It was warm and muggy outside. Then they have curtains that dont fully shut even the ones on the street facing a blinking sign that goes all night long. The walls are paper thin, and we could hear every move and step our next door neighbors and above neighbors took. When we asked for another room, the man at the front desk insisted on coming into our room to decide if they were actually going to move us....then he decided not to move us . The hotel is quite far away from the main attractions of Milan. Lastly, they advertise a gym, however all they have is an elliptical in a tiny room. That is hardly a gym in my mind. Some positive things about this hotel are that it is close to the train station. The breakfast is nice in the morning.
