Very good hotel, convenient location, great room, bathroom a little small. Room soundproofing needs to be improved. Very cost-effective, I will choose max brown next time

Очень приятный персонал, удобная классная кровать, чайник, чай, кофе в номере.
Расположение прекрасное - до центра минут 7-10 пешком, рядом есть магазин.

Hotel is just ok. I want to complain is the bathroom. They give me a disable bathroom of which I did not request and we are not disable. It is a small walk in shower with no glass partition just a shower curtain. Water splash all over especially the bathroom is small. Another worst thing is the tiolet bowl seat is extemely high. When you sit on it, your feet can not touch the ground.The tiolet seat is installedhe tiolet one side higher than the other. You feel like sitting on a slanting angle. Extremely weird and uncomfortable. Never have seen and experienced a tiolet seat like that. My husband is off the wall and furious. Complained but no use. This is the first bad experience I have with Hotel.com choice of hotel offer. I am your loyal customer. Your can check my record. Hope Hotel.com can give me a return gesture on this matter.

Fantastic Front Desk Staff uniformly. But I would knock down its rating for this:
The management refused to turn on the air conditioner because it was not yet summer in Milano. However it was 80 degrees F and without the air conditioner turned on the fan did not circulate the air in the rooms so the room were stifling without the window opened. That lack of flexibility is a critical flaw to an otherwise wonderful place.

Extremely friendly staff - that is the highlight of this hotel. Otherwise convenient central, yet quiet location, nice lobby design, ordinary room design, bad shower, comfortable beds and pillows, crispy clean, good quality linen, fluffy towels, no option to regulate the room temperature, the LP player was a nice touch. Breakfast was quite disappointing - good coffee but the rest was mostly shop bought cheap staff and limited cooked selection. Still, the hotel offers way cheaper value breakfast option, than what we paid through a package holiday deal. In general it was a very good accommodation.

Stayed for teo nights in a single room. Great location, comfortable, if small, rooms. Unfortunately completely missing noise isolation on the floor. Breakfast correct but not top quality (industrial brioche, salty items poor in quality, no fruit salad nor fresh juice). Would probably only stay again if the price is right - there are better alternatives.

This hotel is amazing. I have never been treated so good by hotel staff in my life. Angela was exceptional, after the first day she do exactly what we wanted when we walked in after a long day of touring and she was amazing ❤️
The hotel location is great! it's a 5-minute walk to the Metro it's less than 10 minute walk to restaurants. The decor is super fun and classy. the room was big housekeeping does a fabulous job, we were just so impressed by this hotel.
I love that there is a 24-hour a day real person at the front desk. We get up early we get back late and it's just nice to have somebody there not only to greet you but handle your wake-up call or get you some ice or whatever you need.
We changed hotels the day before we left on our trip and I'm so glad we did because this was a wonderful experience and made the whole trip that much better

The hotel itself was stellar with the presentation. The morning breakfast I had on my last full day was absolutely excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and wonderful to talk to. I only hope they like the little drawing I left them as a thank you gift.
