Travelodge Middlewich

I have been a regular visitor over the last few months due to work. I tend not post reviews and have been meaning to post this for a while. The staff at this Middlewich branch are amazing. Too many hotels nowadays have a very cold and transactional approach to their customers but I have to say the friendly and helpful nature of the staff here make this place "homely" In particular I want to praise the manager Noriko and Carsen. Whether its recommendation of good food spots or general directions or any other issues with my stay. They truly have gone out of their way to help me when needed. I have stayed at other Travelodge locations and although the experience has been fine, Noriko and Carsen really make this place sparkle. They have a great sense of humour. It is obvious they love their workplace and that shows in their dealings with customers. They evidently take pride in ensuring the rooms are perfectly set out. The cleanliness of kettle and cutlery is better than other locations I should add. Also worth saying that even though Travelodge Crewe is closer to my workplace - I tend to stay at Middlewich branch because of these two lovely people. Thank you Noriko and Carsen - Nicest people you can ever wish to meet. (Only downside - They need bigger signage to make it visible from the roundabout. It is tucked behind trees and amongst other buildings. Also, SatNav takes you down a different exit - currently signage isnt visible from the Roundabout.)

Very clean hotel and room. Reception staff were lovely. I had a room at the back so no noise from the busy road. Only 4 stars due to the grass verges not being cut around the hotel and the rubbish that had accumulated.

We had a great stay at hotel，the room is clean and comfortable.the staff is nice and kind. We will definitely come and stay again next time.

We arrived hot and bedraggled after having to sort out a breakdown and repair of our vehicle. Theo, who was on the desk, couldn't have been more helpful and sympathetic and quickly provided us with words of help and a much needed bottle of cold water. A room was quickly sorted out, which was immaculately clean, and the perfect antidote to a stressful day. Noriko (may have spelt that wrong), who we met as we were leaving showed genuine care for the comfort of guests and was a ray of sunshine on a wet day.

The manager Noriko is so nice. She take care of us patiently and also provide us many information of surrounding and tour info which was very useful for the first visitor. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. We will come back to stay again😘

First class friendly stall very clean throughout the building maybe could do with antiskid mat in the bath other than that no issues as much tea and coffee stuff to make you some drinks in room will definitely be stopping again

Although stated in blurb the road noise was not helped with no additional glazing. Clean and comfortable room with a Miller and Carter a 3 minute walk away

I had a pleasant, clean and quiet stay at this Travelodge with my toddler. Thank you to Neriko and team for their sunny attitude and help. They were great with my son who loved his hotel experience. We shall be back in the area again and hope to stay here then

A good clean hotel in a quiet location near the centre of Middlewich. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Definitely need mobile phone.
