My sister and I were traveling from Florida back home to Wisconsin when our car broke down late Sunday afternoon. We arrived at the hotel via a kind state patrol officer and his car, and checked into the hotel. We spent two days waiting for the car to be repaired and could not get over the gracious, warm, compassionate and kind staff. The hotel was not only clean, but the breakfast area was immaculate, thanks to the hard, consistent work of a friendly and smiling Doris, who always made certain there was fresh coffee for all of us, as well as Ashley, the General Manager in Duty who was extremely kind and helpful with anything we needed.
