It is the first time that I stay at this brand new hotel, it is so refreshing to count with a superb experience in the south part of this busy city. Even when this is a great business hotel, it has a huge terrace with a swimming pool and jacuzzis. It is very well located, next to a one of the main freeways that cross the city: Periferico Ave.

If you have the fridge, it would be more convenient for the family stay. Generally good service, kind staffs. And if you have the instruction we can dispose the toilette tissues on the toilette bowl, it would be kind for the no Mexican visitors.

I will stay here in Mexico City next time. It is much better than the hotels in the old city. The facilities are new, the clean, the people are very small.

Pretty good price quality relation. Rooms are spacious and the location is excellent if you have business in the south part of the city. Will definitely repeat.

Through an agency I hired this hotel to be with my daughters in the period from 16/07/2019 to 22/07/2019. I was wrong not to take care of the fact that it is far from the city center, and thus of everything you have to do as a tourist. From Uber on the day I was fastest I made the trip to the center in four-five minutes ... On the third day the agency exchanged us from the hotel and went to the center. I saved time, money and boring. Well, but the worst wasn't this. On the first day, when we arrived and went to bath, I asked three bath towels, and they had no; we were three, but with two towels. In the evening I asked another towel to cover me because the towels were dust ... They had no towels, and the weather was cold. The rooms do not have a safe, and pass!!! I went down to the door to complain and they gave me a safe free!!! It was funny, if someone wanted to steal us could take the safe. My daughters and I went out at 7:30 p.m. for a trip to the pyramids; TEOTIHUACAN, and to the basilika of Guadeloupe without drinking coffee.

I stayed at this hotel during a work trip to the city. The service from the staff is good, very friendly and professional. The restaurant on the main floor serves a solid breakfast buffet for $240mxn, not bad value and lots of options. I found the beds to be very firm so some guests may not like that. Otherwise the rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. The cleaning staff do a great job of keeping it that way as well. The black out curtains were a great idea, being in the city you get a lot of light from the street and other buildings but the curtains block it all out. Great location too in the heart of the commercial district. Plenty of restaurants and shops around, including a mall and grocery store. Small gym available in the hotel as well. You'll get a solid work out with the weights, cable machine and cardio equipment.
