Disappointed with check-in Had confirmation of a double room. Had a local resident call the hotel to advise late check-in was required and acknowledged by hotel staff.
On arrival and check in they had no double room available.
Ended up getting two singles for first night (at the price of a double) and a double for the rest of our stay.

Me decepcionó.
Me quedé una noche, la cuál fue bastante incómoda, las personas del servicio de aseo no conocen la privacidad, entraron a la habitación sin tocar para sercior**** si había alguien, hay demasiado ruido por la noche, ya que hace mucho ruido las puertas, cuando entran o salen de las otra habitaciones, la cama bastante dura y la almohada súper incomoda.

Todo bien salvo que no hubo reservación por parte de app, al llegar a recepción dijeron que no había reservación, cuando la confirme por teléfono y además no me dieron la habitación que pedí, si no hay disponibilidad no respetan la reservación

Solo lo ocupamos para pasar la noche debido que íbamos a una fiesta, nuestra estancia fue cómoda, lo único desagradable fue no haber leído bien las políticas y que al pedir una habitación doble te cobren extra por niños , cuando normalmente en otros hoteles los niños no te los Cobran como cargo extra.

Esta bien para el costo el único “pero” es que las toallas ya son muy viejas y me dieron unas apestando a cigarro. De hecho supuestamente no se puede fumar en las habitaciones pero en cuanto se ponía el aire acondicionado de la mía olía muchísimo a cigarro. De ahí en fuera todo bien.

Fue una estancia corta pero excelente. Las instalaciones en muy buen estado, la cama y las almohadas súper cómodas, el servicio fue agil y cordial. Cumplió con las expectativas. En relación calidad-precio le doy un 10 de 10
