It was pretty good

Modestly. But it's convenient. The hotel accepts animals.

This hotel is medium-sized, and the sanitation and environmental services are good. I live on the top floor of the fifth floor. The disadvantage is that there is no air conditioning. The roof is very hot in the sun during the day. The indoor temperature is too high to sleep, and it is slightly cooler in the middle of the night. Also, the wifi is too slow to use. There is no restaurant in the vicinity that meets Chinese tastes. The hotel offers a chicken tortilla and coffee for free, which is rather unpalatable. The hotel reception desk can speak English and the hotel restaurant staff speak Spanish.

I had a great stay here. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Only criticism is the wifi was weak/unstable.

Location, walking to dowtown. Rwstairant with breakfast was good.No ac but had window and we were there to sleep mostly.

Enjoyed our stay, extremely nice and great customer service. Just make sure to ask for a room with air conditioning.

The staff was very helpful and very professional! Our room did not have A/C system so it felt very stuffy. They do offer fans. I had to get two for our room.

Super nice staff. I really liked the softness of the sheets and pillows. The location was okay. Relatively safe. Close to Forum Buenavista and the Mi Mercado Martinez for fresh fruit, herbs, and meat.
