The St. Regis Mexico City

Mexico City|1.08km from Centro Cultural Casa de Francia
Marriott Titanium. Wife and I were in town for a babymoon and we decided to go back to Mexico City and try the St Regis. Really glad we did as everything was top notch as expected at a St Regis. Pros: Entire staff - friendly, super helpful, and genuinely caring staff from door, front desk, butler, restaurant, and all others. Thanks to Jesus for making reservations at amazing restaurants, Eduardo for going over the top for us, and the head concierge (sorry forget his name) for teaching my wife how to saber a bottle of champagne. Restaurant - ate breakfast every morning, had a lunch, and late night desserts at the hotel and the food is tasty with lots of options, taco bar for Saturday brunch, with great staff. Bar - I always try the bloody mary's when staying at St Regis properties as they have their own spin and the Mexico City one was very unique. But outside of that, the bar staff was very friendly throughout and made great drinks. Rooms - booked a deluxe suite for our stay and it was huge, clean, and had comfortable beds. Car service - can get you everywhere you need to get in a comfortable Navigator. Cons: Location - we love Mexico City and usually stay in the Polanco district and this was the first time we stayed in the ”central” district. Area is more business forward so you'll have to travel if you want to get to areas outside of that, but not at the fault of the hotel. Age - hotel is starting to show it's age a bit, but it's still very well kept. Pool - a bit smaller and jets in the hot tub didn't work, but it was nice to soak after walking all day. Cons are nitpicky and would not prevent us from coming back, which we will. Overdelivers on what a St Regis experience should be and we are very thankful that they made us feel so welcome and provided us great memories.

Eurostars Zona Rosa Suites

Mexico City|0.35km from Centro Cultural Casa de Francia
Likes: First I would like to mention that the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Location, location, location..... If you like to be in Zona Rosa, this place is perfect. The rooms, they actually all suite style rooms.... There are so many amazing restaurant option within a 3 block radios and the prices are very affordable. I think we ate our way through Mexico City and NO stomach issues, I may add Disliked: The hotel didn't provide a coffee maker, so the second room was useless to us. The bathroom as a bit small and had a step in bath/shower combo. The room was very clean and housekeeping was very friendly and able to give extra water bottles if needed. We didn't but our friends pre-purchased the breakfast option and they said it was not worth the $8.00 a day per person they paid extra. We had had an amazing breakfast for less than $5.00 a person just around the corner. I must admit the location was great of this hotel BUT right around the corner there are bars that play LOUD piping dance music till 4AM (Sundays 2AM) EVERY NIGHT. Our room was on the 9th floor and we didn't get to sleep till the music stopped. Even with ear plugs we felt the base..... Most of our friends had their rooms on the 4th and 5th floor and it must have been even louder there. Needless to say, most of us slept in till noon or 1pm..... If it wasn't for the extremely loud music, our stay at this property would have been great. AGAIN, the staff was amazing and hats off to them for dealing with those other guests that had been complaining about the noise...

Well, I have always said you read many comments on this or other tourist pages and one should believe a part because those we write here are not used to the same quality of hotel or travel, However, I must admit that when reading all these comments I was very afraid to go into the hotel about what I was going to find in the rooms... I am a travel agent from COSTA RICA and since last year (2021) have negotiated a group that would enter from 14 to 18 January 2022, the truth is that Carlos Ponce that is the Manager is a super attentive person, kind, helped me at any time or returned me the call and asks you a welcome letter from the Agency for Our customers and a bottle of wine, because I like to differentiate our services, all as we talk about Carlos and I. The room was clean, the pans changed them every day if they want, they make the bed also means every day it was clean in our case Marta made it... As for breakfast was varied, it is obvious that it must be adapted to culture never is consumed the same spices or is the same as the country we belong to, but for all breakfast was excellent and it was dinner in the hotel twice because they were Free nights, the truth those dinners were delicious too, the only thing is that the saloners if they are a little “realized or ready to take orders or bring the requested” but I think it is all of Mexico because we were in different places and all of the We are in the group to conclude that all those who care have that “defect” but are very careful if anyone didn't know anything they were trying to explain it or brought a sample.... The lobby also attentive Esmeralda and Oscar... Furthermore, the hotel is central and is close to one of the museums if you just want to walk, if you are close to bars or motion areas (we stay a weekend that theoretically is more moving the party), But the windows were closed and ready nothing was heard, even the room was close to the lift and nor heard (obviously it depends much on whether you have a light or heavy dream)... but as I said at first we don't all visit the same places or We have the level of equal requirements, but our agency if you like details-the requirement and this visit was a success I don't know what happened tomorrow, but if you would choose them x 1000 times more as the service is equal or better... And as it is Well, it is recognized for this reason our note... ¡si goes to Mexico from our side that enjoy a lot!

Some old high-end hotels have great location, just a few steps next to the reforma222 shopping mall, the water in the bathtub is yellow and very unpleasant. Others are okay. The bellman is responsible

We stumbled upon this hotel thanks to hotel tonight, we extended our stay 3 times since we loved everything about this hotel. It is a boutique hotel in the Reforma district, we highly recommend it as it has an amazing restaurant and bar in the restaurant, and in the morning there are a group of about 3-5 cars that sell food on the corner. Each one of the cars has better food than the next in whichever direction you care to start. The front desk recommended the food trucks and we literally had breakfast there almost every morning. The hotel has literally, no joke or exaggeration, some of the friendliest staff We’ve ever encountered una hotel. Great teamwork, as a business owner I admire it immensely! The hotel is situated in an area that allows you to easily commute by walking to the center of Reforma where the famous symbol of Mexico City the Angel de la Libertad is located. The hotel is also pet friendly, very pet friendly actually, and there is a park for dogs literally two blocks away. We couldn’t have found a better hotel for what we needed.

The hotel is very comfortable and simple. It has the minimum essential services and is well located. However, it lacks organization in the attention and ensuring that the requested service is delivered without setbacks.

Other location services are clean. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable is that the front desk US dollar exchange pesos is only 10 points, and the normal situation is 18 points more pesos.

A boutique hotel with a small number of people, the public area is very artistic and has a lot of art. The room is very large and comfortable. It is a slh member hotel. In addition, breakfast is on the fifth floor, and there are not many choices. There is a terrace outside the fifth floor that can be walked. It is a recommended place.
