這個房子對不起這個價格。
1.該房型帶浴缸，但浴缸加熱功能壞的。電插座一插上即房間短路跳閘，酒店事先已知道但未修復。
2.浴缸很臟，我事先已經沖洗兩遍後，放水後還是有可見雜質，浴缸底摸起來有粗糙顆粒（肉眼未可見）。難怪該浴缸會事先放一次性浴袋在旁邊待用（其餘住過酒店未出現）
3.使用的智能馬桶損壞，無法沖水，早上起床時發現，因準備退房未向前台反饋投訴。
設施維護需繼續加錢。

酒店環境不錯，衞生也特別乾淨，老闆人非常和善，早餐也不錯是過橋米線，性價比很高，來蒙自旅遊的特別推薦他家

優點比較明顯。房間特別大，床也特別大。缺點是沒有桌子。沒有椅子，衹能坐沙發上面。而且他們家這個位置稍微偏了一點，如果是到州政府辦事還可以，如果來玩就不方便了。

酒店衞生條件其實還算可以，衹是早上六點多鐘整棟樓都能聽到很低沉的哨叫，不知是哪裡傳來的聲音。酒店前台服務相當的熱情周到，有問必答，像回家一樣，酒店位於新城區中心地帶，周邊都是政府大單位，離政府廣場也衹有幾分鐘的步行路程，酒店周邊的飯店不算多，還是有一家非常實惠的家常菜小飯館。酒店的後面有一個停車場，可以停下20來部車
