The Mulgrave Motel

I just checked in today and it’s good for the price, the hotel receptionist Sarah was lovely and kept me well informed. I’m staying for 3 days and everything seems to be in shape. I read a review detailing hotel guest with drug problems, it’s a MOTEL you are going to get good and bad and everything in between in any of these places. There’s drug addicts at the five seasons difference is that they can afford it. Lol

The environment is very good and comfortable, the owner is also very caring, the items and facilities in the house are all clean, very suitable for a family of large and small, especially the children enjoy activities outside the house, the space is very good, the next vacation will choose this vacation villa.

Very basic, more like a motel than hotel. Absolutely no food options other than a limited vending machine, not even water in the room. Phone also didn’t work. Staff were all excellent, especially on reception. Every one of them was friendly, courteous and helpful - can’t fault them. I just think for the price you need to get more. Bed was comfy but bathroom was tiny, the door almost hit the toilet!

The lady at the front desk is very beautiful and more beautiful than the movie star. The blonde white girl is very enthusiastic and introduces everything in detail. The service is very good. I haven't arrived at more than 10 pm. The lady has called me several times to check in. And check-in time is 11pm! This holiday is good value for money, Ctrip booking is cheaper than booking, the room is a bit old and has no balcony and the west slope is very hot. Note that people who do not drive do not have to pay an additional $ 15 parking fee to book through the platform

We have stayed at this Motel on (3) three previous occasions for long term periods of up to (3) three months visiting Australia from our Central European residency. We would not return if it was not to the standard that I rate this motel . We take a suite which is pleasant in size spa and shower plus microwave oven and refrigerator all of which are maintained in a high level of over-all cleanliness. The large King size bed again was extremely comfortable and bed linen immaculately white and clean. Split system heating in the room is adequate for the needs of the changeable fickle Melbourne weather. Off street parking is not short in space which is another bonus to consider your stay. Incorporated into the motel building is a Indian Restaurant that is QUALITY and mid range in it's pricing. They deliver to your room or suite and you will not be disappointed at the sheer quality of there cuisine standard. We will return AGAIN to this motel when we visit the ”land down under” being Australia and trust you enjoy your stay as we have in our past visits.

We were a group of 4 family members having a 5 night stay in a 3 bedroom apartment. Bedrooms were of an ample size and there was a large bathroom however the ensuite was a tiny bit small. There was nowhere to place your toiletries other than 1 shelf above the basin. Not a deal breaker at all though. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot. Airconditioning in the living areas was more than sufficient and there was an extra unit in the main bedroom. The size of the lounge/dining/kitchen area was more than ample. Netflix was a bonus as was free Wi-Fi. Can highly recommend. Close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bottle shops, etc. We will definitely stay again.
