Tullamarine/Melbourne Airport
I was arriving at the Tullamarine airport late at night, therefore I had booked a night at the Ciloms Hotel before moving into the city the next day. The hotel shuttle was very easy to book, just give the hotel a call once you have got all the bags and the shuttle comes almost every 15 mins. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, room is spacious and clean.

Tullamarine/Melbourne Airport
This is our 3rd stay here. Offers a great location with the airport only a few minutes away and good value for money. Rooms could do with a little updating but beds very comfortable. A little annoyed that Housekeeping knocked on the door early whilst we was in bed and didn't wait for a response before trying to get in (thankfully we had the chain on so she didn't fully get the door open).

Tullamarine/Melbourne Airport
I arrived in the evening in Melbourne and I wish the hotel has better information regarding their on-demand free shuttle. I researched previously but not much info found so ended up paying $25aud for a short taxi ride. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was surprised that they did not have my booking despite I had it pre-paid and received confirmation number. It took more than 30min to sort it out. Room was okay though nothing special. The air conditioning vent was blowing directly onto the head rest area on the bed, and it was rather uncomfortable, so I ended up sleeping sideways. Shower and bathroom were generally clean but don’t expect a lot of amenities. Next morning when I checked out, I was surprised the staff asked me again whether the room payment had been settled! Given the whole ordeal the night before, I was surprised that no messages were passed on regarding my booking! Good thing was Trip.com was quick to respond to help sort out the situation but little apology was given by the hotel. Will I book this place again? Highly unlikely!

Goods: Fast check in Room big and very clean (except for one oversight that bin hadn’t been emptied from previous guest) Breakfast- staff were friendly and helpful Bads: Long queues at reception Key card stopped working twice- very time consuming to have to resolve each time Uber won’t come to hotel. Still have to hump bags back to terminal to get an Uber
Quality Hotel Taylors Lakes

Okay first. Although the hotel is in the suburbs near the airport, the surrounding facilities are very good and convenient. The corner is the supermarket, and the street is McDonald's 24 hours. Because it is self-driving, I do n’t know how to get to the airport. The hotel has free parking and it works. The towels and shower bedding in the room were good. No toothbrush slippers, simple toiletries. Besides being bad, you can destroy all the good things before. 1. The bed in his house makes people sleepless! In our room, there are two small single beds of 80 cm in size. They are so small, they are very soft and unbearable, and there is a wavy feeling when they turn over. Such a small bed turns waves. Slide down. 2. Light pollution caused by bright street lights outside the window at night. The light leaked through the gap in the side of the curtain, and every time I turned over, I thought it was dawn. Such a sleeping environment, I can't fall asleep at all, and wake up every time I fall asleep, causing people to collapse. Traveling and staying in a hotel, good sleep is the most basic condition. If this cannot be guaranteed, then it doesn't make sense to live in this shop.
