No idea what this Hata is doing! Are they service apartments or hotels?  No sitters, no toothpaste on your own ! No phone to request & if ou request some water? Good luck to you for another 3 to 4 hours!

Great place to stay, staff are very friendly and accommodating, children welcome and such a lovely clean and inviting place. Would definitely consider staying here again. Value for money and just a tram ride away from the CBD

This hotel is a hidden gem! The tram is at your doorstop, which takes you straight into the city. If walking is your thing then it will only take you 25 minutes. I was lucky enough to get a room with a view of Albert Park. My room had plenty of space to set up a work station as well as relax. The team on the front desk were welcoming and faciltated a speedy check in and out.

Everything we could need. Kitchenette and balcony in a lovely new space. Only oops is logging into the TV was Trickey. But so great for the price!

Very clean comfortable stay enjoyed it

The beds are big and the bedding is very comfortable. It's the first time I've seen two 1.5-meter single beds. The facilities in the house are quite complete~ The transportation nearby is very convenient. There are 5 trams to the city within 100 meters downstairs. Taxi orders are also quickly accepted~ The surrounding environment is good. It is very comfortable to walk downstairs next to two super large parks. The only drawback is that the distance between the buildings is too close. The window is only 10 meters away from the opposite office building, so I have to keep the curtains closed for a long time.

Very good, the tram is just outside the door. The room facilities are very new, the space is large, and the toilet is a bit small. There is a balcony and two water bottles are provided. Much better than nearby Pullman. You can delay check-out, like it.

The rooms are nice, but the houses with balconies may not face the park and don't have a view. The front desk is friendly, hygienic and clean. The room is equipped with meals and dishwashers, and other supplies are very convenient. Good stay experience.

It’s cheaper if you buy it on the day

A great place to stay. Just a tram ride to the CBD. And great views of the bay. When they first launched they were overpriced. Now way more reasonable.
